I had a 42"" fridge delivered at the last minute 3:00pm and it sat on my driveway waiting for an install. I called Jesse, and he was able to get one of his crew (Robert and Steven) together to have it installed the same day. His company went above and beyond accommodating me, and his work is top notch. His guys definitely know what they're doing, and no scratching heads trying to figure out what to do next; it's like they've done this stuff a hundred times over. Confident, professional and polite.

DROVE 2 HOURS TO HELP ME!

I live in Ventura and couldn't find an installer for our new built-in KitchenAid fridge. When you spend over $8k on a fridge and it weighs over 550lbs, you don't want to have your husband to try and muscle it in with a buddy. Not possible. After numerous phone calls to places like Warehouse Discounters, Reeds Appliance, and some local appliance repair guys, no one would install it unless we purchased it from them directly or they were only repair guys and didn't do installs. How is this possible? I can't be the only person in Ventura with a built-in fridge.

We had purchased it from HomeDepot.com and they don't do installs, but I thought I would contact the initial contact I had when coordinating my shipment to see if he had any leads. To my surprise, he said he would call around and promised to find me someone to install our new fridge. These days, when something isn't in someone's job description, you just get tossed aside or passed on. Dave totally took the reins and sent me contact info for Pro Appliance Installers, Jesse. These guys are in Chino! I'm in Ventura. He said Jesse and his team will be there the following morning (driving nearly 2 hours) on a SATURDAY to do my install for me. I was floored.

Next thing you know, Jesse calls me to go over everything and told me what time his crew would show up. The next morning, the guys were right on time. Professional, courteous, kind. Put up with me fussing about wondering how they would get the old one out and the new one in without damaging anything. THIS IS WHAT THESE GUYS DO. THEY'RE THE PROS. All I have to say is how pleased I was and still am! They had a very high-end appliance dolly and really took their time maneuvering my giant fridge through my house, taking care not to scuff, nick, or slightly bump anything. I'm used to guys just huffing things in and muscling them out as fast as they can, until you only realize after they've gone that they've jacked up something in your house. They put it in place, leveled it, hooked up all my water lines, were sure there were no leaks and that it was running properly (keep in mind, all I needed them to do was just get it in the house for me). THEY ROCK.

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST. You get what you pay for. I called Jesse and told him he needs to advertise in Ventura or expand because there needs to be more businesses up here like them!

Very pleased with the service. Had Jesse install our washer and dryer. He was on time, friendly, smart and quick. It had turned out we broke our washer in the move (we kind of dropped it). So after he tested our washer and noticed it was leaking, He quickly helped us move the washer out and clean up the leak. He then gave us great advice about our options to repair or replace the washer. Would hire again.

I was pleasantly surprised at the speed in which I received service. I filled out the service request form found on their website on a Wednesday evening and received a return call Thursday morning. Jesse wanted me to send pictures of where I wanted my appliances installed and provided me a quote right away. I needed a range top, hood, wall oven, refrigerator with water line, garbage disposal, and faucet installed (new kitchen). I was given a time frame for next day service. The guys gave me a call Friday morning to let me know the approximate time they'd arrive at my home. They arrived at the time they stated (11 am) and were done by 3:30 with everything installed and in working order. I am so thankful for their professionalism, great customer service and simply doing the work without any drama. (Construction jobs always have drama!) Thank you, Pro Appliance Installers! Pro Appliance Installers provide exceptional service at an excellent price. I called about installing my dishwasher on a Wednesday evening, and Jesse was knowledgeable about my unit and was ready to install the next morning. He showed up on time and was super conscientious of our kitchen cabinets & countertop. He even brought his mat to protect the tile floor. The dishwasher was installed quickly, and Jesse took care of any parts that we didn't have. This is a great local business that I am proud to support & will continue to do so.

I had called around for installers/handymen to quote prices for an over stove microwave. Not only did they answer their phones, they quoted me the price. When my microwave arrived I called and Drake and Lucas set up a time to come by. They even arrived early and installed everything quickly and NEATLY (my wife's concern).
