The BEST company EVER!!! I am beyond impressed. Two of the most professional gentlemen showed up and worked through all of the issues that came up with my install and there were many! Never once did they ever skip a beat. They made everything work perfectly including several modifications needed for my cabinets. I am so impressed. Everything looks PERFECT!!! They left the area cleaner then they found it and it was pleasure having them in my home.

We ordered a new d/w from Costco. D/w arrived but installers never showed up. Long story short, after two days trying to get some answers from Costco we decided to hire our own installer. Pro Appliance came up on a quick internet search. Jesse answered the phone immediately and even offered to send installers the same day. Mike and Isaac arrived on time and texted to say they were en route. They were professional, arrived in uniform, and were quick to the job. They removed all packing materials and were neat, clean and respectful of our property. We highly recommend and would use them again. Thanks, guys. You turned what began as a very frustrating experience into a very pleasant one.

Bought an oven from Costco, and their installers never showed up; turns out Costco forgot to book them, and then told me it would be another three weeks. Furious, I branched out on my own. Jesse at Pro Appliance was one of three contractors I called; he was first to respond, and the only one who said he'd find a way to get to us in the coming days. Today, Michael and Isaac, one of his teams, showed up on time with masks, smiles, and a can-do attitude. When they discovered the oven was too big for the space, they noted how angry I was at Costco, whose staff had assured me a fit -- in addition to an installation. Michael asked me to let him think it out for a minute, during which he and Isaac talked about a number of scenarios. One seemingly impossible but brilliant idea later, my new oven fits perfectly, with zero compromise to other things we had to move around to make it work. Michael and Isaac won't admit it, but I say they are masters of math.... they had to figure out a lot more than plugging in a double wall oven, to leave this customer happy. We'll replace our fridge soon and when we do, we'll call Jesse and ask for Michael and Isaac. We couldn't be happier.

No showed, strung us along a few days then no showed because another job had issues. Then instead of throwing an apology our way or a ""hey we will be there first thing tomorrow"" I was basically told to calm down and blame the employee not the company. Jesse was rude, non responsive for hours. Still don't have my oven fixed but I'll gladly wait to deal with people more professional

Jesse was very responsive. His team arrived an hour ahead of schedule and did a great job. Vince took the time to walks me through features of the dishwasher and answered any questions I had. No BS, just good work.

I was working with my Home Warranty company. My Kitchen Aid double wall oven broke and the Home Warranty agreed to replace it. That part about my Home Warranty was great. They even agreed to pay for installation and haul away but that is where everything went south. We tried to find an installer and after a very stressful week, Whirlpool didn't come through. Even though my Home Warranty did make arrangements to install and haul away, something went wrong with communications and no one could fix it.

Long story short, they failed with that part. Then I had to find my own appliance installer and make sure that the new one would fit in the same space.

It is not easy to find just an appliance installer and most companies only install items you buy from them..

Pro Appliance Installers came thought for me. Jesse was extremely helpful and worked with me for quite a few discussions to make sure it would work. I hired them based on the reviews.

He sent Vincent and another wonderful helper and they took out the old oven in about 10 minutes and had the new one installed in about an hour. I was worried it didn't fit, but they didn't seem to have any issues. After installation they explained how to work it. Vincent even helped me with another issue regarding another appliance. He went above the call of duty.

Only two issues. I think they should take away all the packing materials and I wasn't able to pay by credit card. The system was down, but I paid by Zelle which was pretty simple.

I would highly recommend this company. They are prompt and very helpful and very professional.
