Reliable installer. Came to install our new microwave even on the morning of July 4th. Crew came and was very professional. Covered our floors and counters to avoid damage, and cleaned up when they were done. Our microwave was professionally installed and we're happy.

I called on a Saturday morning and spoke to Jesse and after asking me a few questions, he was able to immediately give me a price for the installation of my new dishwasher unlike the other companies I had called who wanted to send someone for a fee to determine the cost. He was able to schedule me for a Sunday installation which was hard to believe and he advised that I would be contacted by his technician David. While he was unable to keep the scheduled time slot, David constantly contacted me giving me updates on his arrival time always making sure I was okay with the delay. When he arrived it was immediately apparent that David was a consummate professional, very respectful and with an incredibly positive and friendly attitude. Unfortunately the plumber had installed the wrong valve for the dishwasher but David was able to find a solution without changing the valve saving me a lot of aggravation and money. After he solved that problem the installation went flawlessly and it was amazing to see a technician who knew exactly what he had to do and was so knowledgeable. While 5 stars is the highest rating on Yelp, David deserves a 10 as this guy is really fantastic and I could not have made a better choice in having this company do the installation. I highly recommend them especially if you are lucky enough to get David to do your installation.

Called and spoke with a very polite Jesse on Monday, and had his team at our house ready to do the instal the next morning. Frank and Brandon were fantastic! They finished my DW install (no existing unit) in a few hours and did it with a level of professionalism and attention to detail I can admire (I'm a stickler for the customer experience ). Their price was very reasonable for the level of work we needed done to install the DW, and it was a great job. I would use this company in the future and encourage you to do the same if you need any appliance installation.

David did an excellent job installing my brand new built in oven/microwave and cooktop. I originally called for just the oven install but I asked him about putting in the cooktop. he quoted a very fair price and offered to do right then. He cut the granite counter to fit the new one in and installed it cleanly it all looks great..David is a very quick and courteous worker I would recommend him and pro Appliance Installers..

We were moving to a new house and wanted to install new appliances. Picked Pro Appliance Installers from YELP. Jesse was busy and reviewed cellphone pictures and said it would be no problem. We bought the appliances from a company Jesse recommended. The whole thing was a huge problem, we couldn't use a stackable washer & dryer. Getting the appliances exchanged was a major pain in the ass, they said all sales were final. We had to run a new 220VAC line for the washer and a new gas line for the dryer. One of his contractors rounded his bill up. We had to move so we had no options the extra work cost over $3,000. All because Jesse never took the time to inspect the job in person. This lack of professionalism made our life a living hell for about 3 weeks. It was supposed to be a 1 day install. Jesse never talked to us or apologized. If you use them make sure he shows up and get everything in writing. Be very careful if you choose to use these guys.

Just got a new cooktop installed and they were awesome. Pro job and am planning on using them again to have my kitchen sink replaced.
