Highest recommendation possible. I had purchased a over-the-range microwave yesterday, and did not take the home install (Lowe's Sales Associate's advice). Saturday evening (7:00 PM), I realized the job was bigger than just one person...or so I thought. David responded about 5-10 minutes after the service request, and had the microwave switched out / installed in the time it took me to get cash out (15 minutes). So, while I feel very old at this point, these folks deserve the highest recommendation. Note: I got cash out for them, given the convenience - they also accept other forms of payment (Visa, etc.). I called Pro Appliance Installers this morning to fix a hooded vent. I have a microwave vent that was pushing air back into the kitchen rather than directing it to the exhaust which goes outside. Jesse took my call and was able to schedule someone for this afternoon, as it is a small job. (I cannot do it myself as I cannot take down the microwave myself.) The guy arrived on time, took down the microwave, flipped the motor so that the air would be directed to the correct direction, and put everything back into place. He even cleaned up after himself. The guy and woman who came were nice, worked quickly, and didn't damage my home or appliances. This is a small job and I paid slightly more than I would have liked, but there was no hassle or headache so I am happy and would recommend this company to others.

Jesse had to reschedule our first appointment, but when his sub-contractor (Robert) showed up the next day and installed a wall mounted range hood in our kitchen... the service was top notch: clean, professional, on time and the final price matched Jesse's initial quote.

Robert provided electrical work, created a custom duct, triple checked every measurement, and kept a clean work area while conducting himself like a professional. Highly skilled. Very impressive.

What a fantastic job. Here it was, Friday night and Jesse returned my call. We spoke briefly, and I requested that my preference was installation today, but I forgot to mention, it was near the end of the workday. No big deal, Jesse called John, and he came to our place and installed our microwave. Just that simple.

Talk about communication, and continuity. From the first call to Jesse, to the arrival of John they texted, and worked with us to make this work. When John got here, the install was fast, easy, and very professionally done. He answered all our questions, and gave us an overview of our appliance.

Overall, one of the best installs we have had, great job!

This service is great! I had to do some modifcations to the area my old oven. that came with the house that i bought. These guys know what theyre doing. All i got to say is that i came, i saw, and i concured! Without having to lift a finger. They send out excellent workers for sure, plus they know what theyre doing. If i remember correctly this gentlemen name is John. Excellent worker! Quick, swift, knew what he was doing and he made what i didnt want to do or didnt know what to do look easy. Great work john!

Frank Vu has a vision for the instillation of your appliances, no matter what your situation is. He's creative, positive, highly knowledgeable and extremely hard working. So is John Nguyen, his co-worker. These techs amazed me with their specialized ability to reconstruct your kitchen and install appliances understanding plumbing, electrical, construction, HVAC and other trades. John gave me advice on another project I was working on, which was tremendously helpful.

I called around-plumbers and other tradesmen-for the installation of a dryer vent, but none said they could do it. As soon as Jesse Rodriguez at Pro Appliance Installers answered the phone, he shared knowledge, answering my questions and resolving my need right away. I was impressed and relieved. Not only that, but he responded quickly, ensuring techs would arrive a few hours later and begin working. I ordered my appliances at Best Buy and Frank and John picked them up at the warehouse the following morning, so I didn't have to wait three shipping days. The techs worked eight hours straight (not including driving time and the time to pick up materials) the first day, then four hours the second day. They reconstructed water and gas lines, moving them from the kitchen, to the patio, since I didn't have room for washer and dryer in an empty kitchen space. That space was used to build another water line and a custom-built cabinet for the dishwasher. It came out beautifully! The total cost of work was very fair. Easily said, these techs are amazing, truly AWESOME!

These guys saved the day! It all started when we purchased a 60 inch thermador built-in from pacific sales in Brea (Sean HYUNH..awesome! The subject of another review) and the company that was supposed to install it; west coast appliance failed to show..3 days before Christmas!!! even though we called them back and told them we were home!! Should've known from their piss-poor reviews!!!!

I called Pro Appliance the same day at 6pm, they showed up at 9 !! Simply awesome service, Mauricio and his partner took their time to install our fridge, made sure everything was meticulously perfect, and cleaned up after themselves!!! They worked well into the night, didn't complain, display an attitude or try to rush the install. I can not compliment them enough!!

Thanks again, we WILL see you guys again for our next install as I will insist on Pro Appliance Installers.. as everyone in So Cal should!!
