David did an excellent job installing my brand new built in oven/microwave and cooktop. I originally called for just the oven install but I asked him about putting in the cooktop. he quoted a very fair price and offered to do right then. He cut the granite counter to fit the new one in and installed it cleanly it all looks great..David is a very quick and courteous worker I would recommend him and pro Appliance Installers..

We were moving to a new house and wanted to install new appliances. Picked Pro Appliance Installers from YELP. Jesse was busy and reviewed cellphone pictures and said it would be no problem. We bought the appliances from a company Jesse recommended. The whole thing was a huge problem, we couldn't use a stackable washer & dryer. Getting the appliances exchanged was a major pain in the ass, they said all sales were final. We had to run a new 220VAC line for the washer and a new gas line for the dryer. One of his contractors rounded his bill up. We had to move so we had no options the extra work cost over $3,000. All because Jesse never took the time to inspect the job in person. This lack of professionalism made our life a living hell for about 3 weeks. It was supposed to be a 1 day install. Jesse never talked to us or apologized. If you use them make sure he shows up and get everything in writing. Be very careful if you choose to use these guys.

Quick to respond via yelp with a fitting quote but did not show up during the agreed upon time nor that day at all. Wasting an entire day and no installation completed. Very disappointing.

I messaged Pro Appliance on Saturday night and they said jobs can be done on next day. David from Pro Appliance came on time and he was very professional, courteous, and straight forward. I had to replace my kitchen faucet and garbage disposal and it only took less than an hour to finish the whole job. He did an excellent job on removing and installing both faucet and disposal. I highly recommend David from Pro Appliance for any plumbing and appliance installation jobs. Thank you, David and Pro Appliance.

Quick to receive a quote thru Yelp. We thought installer would cancel since it was raining hard the day of our appointment. But he arrived right at our appointment time. We had our built-in oven placed and was done in 20 minutes. Paid exactly what was quoted on Yelp.

I'm working with a contractor that said he could install a downdraft for the kitchen design I want. Turns out he has no idea what he is doing as far as downdrafts go. So I reached out to Pro Appliance Installers hoping they could help me. Unfortunately I never received a response from them. If their customer service is this bad I'm glad I didn't hire them to work on my home.

Highest recommendation possible. I had purchased a over-the-range microwave yesterday, and did not take the home install (Lowe's Sales Associate's advice). Saturday evening (7:00 PM), I realized the job was bigger than just one person...or so I thought. David responded about 5-10 minutes after the service request, and had the microwave switched out / installed in the time it took me to get cash out (15 minutes). So, while I feel very old at this point, these folks deserve the highest recommendation. Note: I got cash out for them, given the convenience - they also accept other forms of payment (Visa, etc.). Friendly, fast and quality work. Thanks.

I called Pro Appliance Installers this morning to fix a hooded vent. I have a microwave vent that was pushing air back into the kitchen rather than directing it to the exhaust which goes outside. Jesse took my call and was able to schedule someone for this afternoon, as it is a small job. (I cannot do it myself as I cannot take down the microwave myself.) The guy arrived on time, took down the microwave, flipped the motor so that the air would be directed to the correct direction, and put everything back into place. He even cleaned up after himself. The guy and woman who came were nice, worked quickly, and didn't damage my home or appliances. This is a small job and I paid slightly more than I would have liked, but there was no hassle or headache so I am happy and would recommend this company to others.
