I needed my toilet reset. He broke a pipe in the wall??? left me with a whole in the wall which they should have been responsible for...tried calling and never received a response. Will never use privette again.

Privette made an appointment with me for plumbing repairs for today between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm. They did not show up for the appointment and they did not call to say they couldn't come. I called them at 2:45, 3:15 and 3:30, and left voicemail messages. I received a return phone call. I had scheduled my day around this appointment. I am extremely disappointed in their poor customer service and will not use them again.

Needed valves changed under the kitchen sink and in the laundry room, got an appointment the next day, I think the guys name was jose, he was great, he even checked my hot water heater when I had a question about the plumbing on it, very informative

OUTSTANDING! I had a sewer backup problem on Sunday. Tech showed up very quickly, ran a 100 foot snake down the line, but no blockage that far. Recommended a hydro jet, which would go further and better. Suggested I wait til the next day to avoid the higher weekend charge. I called at 8:00am the next day. Earliest available time was 4 to 8:00pm. I asked if they could expedite, because my wife was seriously ill with a compromised immunity system. She said they would do what they could. Lo and behold, 3 hours later, Brian, the owner showed up with a helper. To say the least, they were absolutely outstanding. Clearly very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. There was no outside cleanout plug, so they had to get on the roof and run the hydro jet down a vent. Needless to say, they cleared the blockage. The next thing I knew they were cleaning up the bathroom and the shower floor where some sewage had backed up. Amazing!! They definitely went above and beyond in their quick response, their knowledge and service, and their cleanup. I simply can't say enough good things about Brian and his company and I highly recommend them. Btw, their pricing was excellent also. We need more service industries like Privette Plumbing.

My Dad had to swing by my house today. He called me at 2pm and said that my leak that was supposedly fixed is still leaking. I about blew a gasket because the plumber was at my house until 8:30 last night and he thought he fixed it. I immediately called him and told him that it is not fixed and I need him to come out and take care of the problem. Long story short, he said he did everything that he could do and doesn't know what else to do. I have Zero confidence in this plumber and I told him I want my $$$$ back. After going back and forth a little bit he agreed to not cash my check (of course I cancelled it too, just in case). I needed a plumber ASAP. I called my good friend Faye Florida at Privette Plumbing. Brian Privette and told her the situation. She said don't worry about a thing. Give me your address and I will have someone at your house in no time. I left work and headed home and within 5 minutes of getting home there Service Manager """"Jose"""" showed up (I can't say enough good things about him. So professional and knowledgable). He took a look at it and fixed it within an hour. I cannot begin to explain how incredible of an experience it has been working with Privette Plumbing. I wish I would of started with them in the first place. If you ever need a plumber, do your self a favor and use them. Trust me. You will be so glad you did. If I ever hear someone needing a plumber you can bet your life on it that I will be referring them.

I called these people at 10:20pm last night, I had an emergency, I was told they would call me back right away. I waited about 35 min no call so I called back and surprise nobody answered. It is now 7:08am and I still have not heard a word. Why do they have a 24 hr emergency service if they won't call back or show?
