Our technician Shawn was incredibly friendly and professional. He explained what he was going to do and provided the breakdown of costs for each item. He was quick, clean, and even showed me how to do the preventative maintenance until our next service.

Scam of a company. Purchased a home last month and have already received at least 10 parcel on hold postcards. I'm not stopping at this post. I'm going to take this company down legally. Just a terrible company preying on new home owners and others. I'd give no stars but couldn't post without them.

Had Shawn out today to service my RO system he was super knowledgeable very efficient and organized. He took the time to educate me on my RO maintenance along with looking at my water softener and educating me on how to maintain and keep it functioning as efficiently as possible. As always, outstanding service and a great value for the money that was spent. My Family has been a customer of Pristine water since 2000 and their the only company that we recommend to our friends and family.

What kind of shady company send this kind of flier as a gimmick to purchase their product. People are busy and moving to new homes have to deal with this added junk. I would never use this company and I would be telling people I work with and neighbors not to use them.

SCAM! This company sends you a postcard stating you have a package on hold with ""Final Attempt"" circled. This is misleading and considered a scam. I'm looking for a water softener, but I will stay far away from Prestine. Your attempt to get business is shady, which to me means so is your product and workmanship. Change your postcards and perhaps you'll get business.

BEWARE OF MAIL SCAMS FROM BUSINESS!!! Within only 3 weeks I had 5 articles of mail littering my mail box stating I needed to call a number to release my parcel that required ""signed delivery"". If you receive these the Post Office recommends to report as fraudulent mail.

I have received 15+ ""Notice of Parcel on Hold"" postcards in the past two weeks from this company after moving into our new home. These ""notices"" are very deceptive with just a tiny, faint ""Pristine Water Softeners"" logo hidden in the corner.

When I called one of the multiple numbers listed to try to get these spam notices to stop, the person I spoke to was very rude when I asked to be taken off their mailing list. They didn't even ask for or confirm my address so I'm sure I will continue to receive their spam notices! I have reported to USPS.
