I recently just bought my first home about a month ago. For as long as I can remember, I have dreamed of the day I would have my house and water softener system. However, I the dream fizzled when I realized just how much money I was forking out right after closing. I started getting calls from all sorts of companies, since everyone seems to find out the moment you purchase a house, and accepting one of the calls from Pristine was the best decision. I accepted their offer of an ""educational visit,"" and Neil arrived ready to educate. He was very informative and had vast knowledge of products and Phoenix water. He then informed me how Pristine makes getting water softener-R/O systems affordable for new home owners. And holy cow, was it affordable. We had the system installed the next day.
Abel showed up the next morning and had the system put in within hours. He even fixed one of valves for me in the process. His work looks very professional and was well done. Our water tastes and feels soooooooo good now, too!!!
I wasn't thrilled of all the mailers and phone calls right after I bought the house, but Neil, Abel, and Pristine Environmental were wonderful and they fulfilled my dream of having good water straight from the faucet.

Just purchased a water softener and reverse osmosis system for our new home. Neal, our salesman, was professional and knowledgeable. He took time to answer my questions and address concerns. The system was installed today. Able was great. On time efficient, and cleaned up after himself. I really appreciated that he took time to explain what would happen next. Since we still have a bit of time till the ""old"" water is gone, I
held off on the last star until we see if it all works.

They are a warranty servicer for GE. My brand new water softener was not working. GE sent Pristine out to access the unit. Was told installation was wrong, Charged $90 (which was eventually refunded). He ""tested"" the water and said I was good to go. After a week still no soft water. He returned (that's when he said they really don't like to service GE's and no longer sell them). He eventually found a defective part and during replacement, he broke the motor. I have now been waiting 3 weeks since he broke it and am getting the proverbial ""run around"". I have now been without the use of a water softener for 3 months. They are unresponsive and unwilling to go out of their way when THEY broke my unit. Totally lame business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Rude and belligerent telemarketers and marketing tactics will never earn my business and should not earn yours either.

I recently bought a house and fell victim to the ""welcome wagon"" scheme with the call tag on the door for a missed delivery. Now my cell phone number is being sold to every home improvement business in the Valley. Pristine Environmental is doing business with these con-men and reached out to me via cell phone today.I am here to tell you that there are better ways to get business leads than calling overwhelmed people on their cell phones days after they make the biggest purchase in their life.

When I was called by Pristine Environmental I inquired with the marketer about how my number was acquired. She proceeds to tersely inform me that it is public record. While my purchase is public record, my cell phone number was not. I appreciate that a telemarketers job is difficult and thankless (I'm shocked this is even a viable means for new business in 2019) but her contrition in my peril secured with me that my decision to never knowingly spend money with a company that engages or supports these underhanded marketing tactics is sound.

The funny thing is I am actually in the market for a water softening system too. But I wouldn't buy it from a company that acquires leads in this underhanded manner if they were the last company on earth.

Treat people how you would like to be treated. No one wants these phone calls, stop violating people in this way.

We had a new water softener and Reverse Osmosis water system installed. The install was great but in the process a water leak happened on the outside of the house. It took a few trips but Pristine made it right at no extra cost to us. I would definitely do business again with them again!

We have had Pristine Water since 1999 and we always have great service from them. We would not even think of using anyone else. Pristine keep up the great work you do.
