We had a leak under the sink in the bathroom. Josh came out and diagnosed and fixed the link in under an hour. He was professional, courteous, and most importantly stopped the leak with a two year guarantee on the work. I would absolutely refer him to friends and family.

We contacted Pristine Plumbing to replace our main water line and they did not disappoint! Nick, Dan, and a few others came out and got right to work digging the new line and cutting away the concrete in the garage. They were professional, very nice, hard-working, and always willing to answer any questions I had. Olivia was wonderful to work with and scheduling was a breeze with her. She called back immediately whenever I left a message and walked me thru financing giving me all the best options. I even recommended them to my neighbor and Nick walked right across the street to set up a time to give them a quote. I will definitely use them again for any projects I have coming up!!! Pristine Plumbing was excellent! We had a faucet leak in an old 1950s apartment that was remodeled in the 80s (so, old pipes). We spoke with a couple of other plumbing companies in the Tacoma area which came out to view the issue and were not willing to fix it.

Luckily, Pristine Plumbing sent us Raven, who quickly looked at our issue and was honest and patient enough to even educate us. He coordinated with the city and had it fixed within the next day! We literally sat back while Pristine Plumbing made coordinations with the city, saving us more work and a headache.

They will definitely be our go-to plumbers in the future.

I meant to write this like a month ago but...squirrel! I have two water tanks, one gas & one electric. The pilot light went out on my gas one. Had PSE come out & relight it as it was behind a plate that I couldn't open. They did...still no hot water. I got in touch with my warranty people who recommended Pristine Plumbing. I spoke with Olivia and we trouble-shot over the phone. I needed a whole new tank. And, of course, mine was special because why wouldn't it be? She went on a hunt & found one in PDX that needed to be shipped up. She kept in constant communication about where my tank was & when they'd be out to me. The next day, her tech was there getting the gas tank out and here comes Olivia herself with my new tank!! They install (after a couple hoops to jump through with my HOA) and, wouldn't you know it? STILL no hot water? Why, you ask? Because the electric one ALSO died on me. And of course, this one was ALSO special and had to be hunted down. Olivia to the rescue again! Long story shorter, after 2.5 weeks (through no fault of PP), I had two new tanks and hot water to shower in my own home. Olivia is a gem and a pleasure to work with. Her techs were respectful, clean, prompt, and just all around good dudes! If there's any plumbing issues in my future, PP will be who I go to! I couldn't rave more about them.

Nick was fantastic!
I had an old drain I fond in the wall that I had no idea what to expect when I ran water down it. He came out, very professional and personable, snaked the drain and recommended what to use for drain maintenance!! Thanks Nick!!!!

I can't say enough about the great workmanship and professionalism I experienced working with Nick with Pristine. He was on time, very knowledgeable, got the job done on time and went above and beyond on how he handled everything dealing with the plumbing in our bathroom. Pristine Plumbing replaced a kitchen sink faucet. Everything about the experience was positive :) I called to setup the appointment and 1) they answered the phone! 2) the person scheduling the visit was friendly and efficient, 3) shortly after I received a text message confirming the appointment and 4) on the day of the install received a message saying they were on their way. Efficient and organized!

Nick arrived at the beginning of the 2hr window :) He was friendly, reviewed the install and any potential issues with me, had me sign the estimate, and completed the install in less than an hour!

Two thumbs up - one for the company and one for the installer!

stay away!! called about a leak outside...they sent a guy who looked in our crawl space (which we already had done) and said welp...i dont know how to find the leak, but for $10,000.00 he could replace all the lines. charged us over $200 and left! then reached out to company through e-mail in hopes to discuss but they didnt even care enough to respond! they suck!
