As most plumbing situations go, ours way very unexpected and it was so great to have someone help us out in such a short period of time.

Called yesterday spoke with Kyle (plumber) to schedule a quote for leak and 2 bathroom remodels. Apparently company phone was being directed to him instead of his dispatcher. Anyways... verified said Pristine Plumbing would be out Friday 12/8 between 10am-12pm. Took the day off of work for this appointment but nobody ever showed up! So i called the company line which went straight to Kyle again. Asked him if anyone was coming out to do my quote. I could hear a child in the background, so it was probably his day off. He said someone should have come out because he sent all the information to his dispatcher. And that she was supposed to put it in the schedule. Offered to reschedule again in another 3days. Told him no thanks, i need this leak fixed now. Luckily my day wasn't a total loss of wages... I ended up finding another plumbing & remodeling company who sent someone out and was at my door in 30min.

I called Pristine Plumbing to follow up on a service order that was placed by my home warranty company. I politely inquired if I needed to contact them to schedule the service (the warranty company had put the order in on a Friday, I called on the following Wednesday). As soon as I uttered the name of the home warranty company, the woman that answered the phone interrupted me and started yelling at me, ""we aren't doing business with them anymore, you need to call them!!! Then she hung up. I can understand them having issues with the warranty company, but no need to yell at a potential customer. I'm not pleased with my warranty company either, and ended up hiring a different plumbing service on my own to do the work. I'm doing an extensive remodel on my basement, installing a full bathroom, etc. I WILL NOT BE CALLING PRISTINE. I've had a variety of services dispatched from my home warranty company. The techs/companies have usually been great, and yes, I hired them to do work other than things covered by the warranty. If they allow their first line of customer service to act this way, imagine how they treat their customers...

Thank you for the reply Olivia. I found Fast Water Heater Co through Home Depot that will replace the unit at half the price. I do appreciate the promptness your company gave to the matter.

Left my mother's shower tile in shambles and yelled at our contractor. Do not recommend! Overcharged and left us in a worse position to begin with.

First rate! Jesse came out to unclogged my bathroom drain. His communication and work were outstanding. He showed up on time and was courteous and professional. After getting multiple quotes from other plumbing companies that were outrageous I selected them. Don't waste your time go with Pristine Pluming.

my contractor hired pristine plumbing to come in and fix a drain repair for me. The plumber put in the absolute wrong drainage system tore all the tile out of my shower around the drain and said, ""just hire a tile guy to put the tile back in around the drain"". When I hired a tile guy he said what the heck did they put in? this is the wrong drain system and I can't do anything with this tile. there is no waterproofing or anything to attach the tile to? if I replace them, as the first plumber from pristine suggested you would have a huge water leak and your kids could fall through the floor!!! when I reached out to pristine to let them know this the response I got was less than professional. Nick yelled at the tile guy who is just trying to help me, screamed at him told him he was shady and hung up on us! they took their flat rate of almost $1000 dollars and left me with an even worse situation that cost an additional $1700 to fix what their plumber did! not customer centric, horrible customer service, and now fraud. didn't do the job correctly and left me to foot the bill. LESS THAN IMPRESSED!! mortified actually. who speaks to a woman like that. I'm not a professional plumber I had no idea what I was looking at. To be taken advantage like that is JUST WRONG! Nick should be FIRED!!!
