It was Tuesday afternoon around 4 o'clock I went in my garage and I discovered my hot water tank exploded. I was leaving Wednesday at 8 a.m to go out of state. Panic! I called Pristine Plumbing and Jimmy and Angelo took care of it right away. I had a new tank installed several hours later. They did an excellent job! I was going out of state to visit my mom because she is ill and I got a little emotional and Jimmy had the kindest words and even offered me a hug:) ( I didn't want to blubber all over him so I didn't take it, but it was so much appreciated.) So to sum it up nice nice people, honest, efficient, did an excellent job. Highly recommend!!!

Recently put house up for sale and needed a few plumbing issues taken care of. It wasn't an emergency but needed it resolved quickly to not delay the closing. The owner showed up early and got right to work. He was honest and friendly, and he didn't try to take advantage or upsell. I appreciate his professionalism and efficiency. I would definitely recommend this company. And would use them again for any plumbing needs.

I am really impressed with this company! I had broken my shower handle and could not turn off the running water. After trying to fix the shower handle for 2 hours, I finally called Pristine Plumbing to request if a plumber could be sent as soon as possible and they were very kind to coordinate an appointment! and on a SUNDAY! A guy named Anthony was sent and he fixed the shower handle in less than 30 minutes!! I also really appreciated that he wore shoe covers as I do not allow shoes inside my home but I didn't even need to ask, he already had them on. I highly recommend this amazing company to anyone in need of plumbing services!

Anthony explained the reason for my kitchen leak. Same day switched out my kitchen faucet too! Pristine Plumbing is reasonably priced. I feel the price I paid was fair & decent.
