Awesome service and so courteous. My super heroes Bobby did it again they saved us on our basement floor. Our water heater was leaking on the bottom and we needed it replaced. It has been leaking since Friday when the storm came in. My 92 year old thought she seen a little water on the floor. Oh my gosh it wasn't a little we had 4+ inches and increasing.

We are so blessed to have called my super heroes at Pristine and spoke to Macee oh she is awesome . Shortly I got another call and they were sending out Bobby with the 40 gallon water heater.

We are so grateful and thankful to Ron that this was made possible.
Pristine is the BEST and the super heroes that work together makes this a fantastic company.

My garbage disposal was leaking and needed to be replaced. The service technician was very friendly. He had to go to his vehicle to get an estimate. $858!! For a $125 piece of equipment and MAYBE took him 7 minutes to replace it. This company is ridiculously expensive. In the future I'll call out a different plumber.

I called Pristine with a plumbing issue and was warmly greeted by Nicci, she was helpful and made the appointment quickly for the next day. I received a call prior to the technician coming from Macee, she was kind as well and provided additional answers quickly. When Quintin arrived he was knowledgeable and spent time explaining what the issue was after the diagnoses. He provided quotes and information for our decision to be made at a later date. I appreciate their service being paperless and would definitely recommend them at a later date.

I needed a simple valve on my Water Heater . The service guy was great but couldn't give me a price . He called the office it was $900.00 for a valve and labor . A little over an hours worth of time .

I hired Pristine to fix the gas leak on my stove. I was told it would cost $69 to send someone out but if something was fixed it would be rolled into that cost. I agreed. The tech spent less than an hour in the house, sprayed the lines with soapy water to check for gas leak and then told us it would be $250 for the test. This tactic can be found on YouTube. When my partner who was home when the technician was there told me how much she was charged I asked the company to make it right. The manager then called me to insist it was a fair price for the knowledge and expertise of the technician. Once again, I hired Pristine to fix the gas leak on my stove and instead they just said to contact the people we bought the stove from and charged us $250 without fixing anything. We got charged $250 for soapy water and ""expertise"" found on YouTube. Deeply dissatisfied.

They showed up with 30 min of speaking with them on the phone and after taking a look the plumber said he'd better work up a quote for me. I was on a tight deadline because I had AirBnb guests arriving that day but he spent over 30 min tapping away at his phone to work up my quote. This was a simple job, it should not take over 30 min for him to work up the quote. When he was finished he showed me his phone so I could see my options - there were SIX different quotes ranging from $793 to $1,357! Upon further review later, I still cannot tell the difference between these quotes, they all seem to result in the same conclusion - a fixed leak. What could I possibly gain by spending $550? The repair itself took him just over an hour to complete so even at the lowest quote of $793 that I paid I feel like I was COMPLETELY ripped off and taken advantage of. But I was stuck because I had guests coming and he knew that.

Pristine Plumbing came to our rescue when Roto Rooter miserably failed us.

They had a big job of removing a 75 gallon hot water heater and replacing it with a new tankless unit.

The tech was knowable, efficient, and courteous.

We purchased a unit ourselves and he was got everything set up and installed properly. Because he was unfamiliar with the product we bought he called into the office and the sales manner and the owner came out immediately to ensure everything was perfect and to get our hot water heater flowing.

They took the time to go over everything and explain how the system worked, what to expect, how to change settings, etc.

All of that and they were extremely reasonably priced!

A+ and I would highly recommend this company.

I found out while doing a bathroom remodel that I had a sewer leak in my crawl space. First impressions mean a lot and I got a call from Pristine literally within 2 minutes of sending them an email requesting an estimate. Evert came out to take a look and recommended a total repiping of the house due to its 66 year old age. Derrick and Nathan came out the following week and earned their pay that day, as it was quite the mess down there. The estimate I received was very good, based on a family member who's a local journeyman plumber with Local 440. Could not have asked for better service from Pristine. Will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Ok its rare to run into a business as customer centric as Pristine. My plumbing sewage line connection outside my house had broke and I am selling the property so I needed to get a repair estimate. I contacted at least 7 or so businesses that do this work and Pristine was first to respond quickly which would be a plus if I had been still living at the house as a house without a sewage conneciton would be a real emergency. Others didnt respond or were literally a week later. Provided a thourough estimate and evaluation of the line and potential solution that was in line with the only other similar quote I received. I would have and probably should have used them for the repair and ran into a huge potential issue with the company I selected. I called Pristine back to see if they could help and got an immediate response ironically going late into the night and running out of time my vendor is going to fix my issue, but based on my interactions and the great service I would definitely recommend Pristine and will definitely be calling them for any future needs I have.

Plumbing issues are no fun. Luckily for me I got a great plumber, Richard C. who was a God send on more than one occasion. He promptly came to my rescue when my water heater quit working and flooded my garage. He had it replaced in no time. He also fixed a huge sewer line issue that I had. He was there right away to fix the problem. He did great work, was professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all my question and did so in a way that I understood. I would highly recommend Richard C!
