I really have to give a shoutout to -Chris he was so nice and easy to work with! Not only was he able to schedule me in super quick but he charged me really fairly! He had some trouble figuring out what was wrong with my hot water heater at first but he finally figured it out. I know that he worked hard to figure out the problem. He also mention that he's suppose to charge me for some of the parts he used but he would take it off my bill since he wasn't sure what the problem was at first - AWESOME!!


Thank you so much Chris and Pristine Plumbing! You made my life so much easier and you charged a fair price! Not to mention you are such hard workers and didn't give up when you couldn't figure out the problem right away!

I called several people to see if they could get an appointment for the same evening. I was calling around 1pm so it was totally understandable that everyone was booked out or was too busy. I was able to get in with these guys though and I'm so glad. They made a few changes and repairs to my water heater and even repaired a leaking faucet in my kitchen since they were already there. I'm lucky that they were able to get me in on such short notice. I probably would've been without hot water for a while if it wasn't for them.

I loved the family feel of this business. I got to talk to the owner when I first called in. I think it shows a lot of character when the owner will stay answer calls and be involved in their own business. He set me up with an appointment to get the water heater looked at. Their plumber came to my house around noon and did a few repairs. Happy to say I have hot water again. Call them for your water heater needs and expect the best work done.

Outstanding service! I've experienced no hot water so I called around to a few places. These guys were the nicest and had availability the soonest. One of their guys came to my place and repaired the water heater. He mentioned that I had a good brand of water heater so it should last me a long time. He also checked a few other things on the water heater to make sure it wouldn't go out again. I am very satisfied for the extra mile that these guys go in their service. I am very satisfied and highly recommend them!

I have to say I was very impressed with their attention to detail. They were very helpful from the moment I contacted them.I called to have my water heater looked at and fixed, I wish I could remember the name of the lady that answered the phone, she was so nice and helpful. She even walked me through the process of shutting the water off and draining it so it to stop the leaking. The plumber called me within a few minutes to set the appointment. He let me know that he would most likely be replacing the heater and gave me a quote over the phone. I'm very happy he did that before he came out to my place. Turns out the heater was 18yrs old...I had no idea.It was DEFINITELY time for an upgrade. He did a great job. Great all around experience!! I highly recommend them!!

I can't say enough good things about Pristine Plumbing. I've used them on two separate occasions, and both times they've gone above and beyond any other plumbing service I've ever used before.

My first time using them was when I needed to have someone come change out an old toilet for a new one. I thought that I could do the job myself, but after getting into it, I realized that it was definitely not something that I had the skill (or patience) to complete. I called a few different places, and almost all of them had me either leave a message (which I hate, and is very unprofessional) or were busy for a week. One place, which I want to name SO BAD, but won't, was actually downright rude to me and basically laughed at me after I told them the situation I was in before refusing to come out and hanging up on me. So, I was very happy when I called Pristine Plumbing and got a real, live, friendly person on the line who told me that a plumber could stop by my place to have a look in just a couple of hours!! Off to a good start!  Chris came by just 90 minutes later, took a look at the situation, wrote me up an estimate which I agreed to, and actually got to work right away. Less than an hour later I had my new toilet installed, the floor and surrounding areas cleaned up spotlessly, and Chris even toted my old, nasty toilet out to my truck for me to take to the dump. Oh, and the best part - he finished the job for almost 10% less than his estimate. Find me a better plumber than that - I'll bet you can't.

My second time calling them was 8 months later when I had an emergency job after a stupid pipe froze and start leaking all over my basement. Chris was able to come by again really quickly, and remembered me from the previous job he did, which was kind of surprising. He looked at my leaky mess and wrote me up an estimate, which I again agreed to. Again, he got to work right away - no excuses about needing parts, or any delays or broken promises. Everything he needed was in his truck, and my frozen pipe was replaced and everything was as good as new again in less than 2 hours, and again for a little bit LESS than his initial estimate.

Like I said before, I can't say enough good things about Pristine Plumbing. Both times I've used them they were friendly on the phone, sent an extremely prompt and courteous workman who got right to work, was mindful of cleanliness and very helpful. I'm happy to have found Pristine Plumbing  - I wish more service companies were as honest and efficient as these guys are. I know that I'll never use another plumber as long as I live here!

had a plumber come out to my place two days ago to fix my thermostat on my water heater. he installed it super fast and my water heater finally works again the way it should. it was an easy fix at a good price. they are a reliable company and come out when they say they will. great job.

when my water heater broke down i googled near by plumbing services and i have to agree Pristine plumbing lives upto the 5 star yelp rating . Within a few hours after scheduling my time , the plumber was at my home to fix my broken water heater . He explained the situation , had the replacement equipment . Since he was there i asked him to take a look at my shower drain.He resolved both in an hour.
The plumber was very polite and efficient . He was in and out fixing my drain and heater in an hour . Very affordable , friendly customer service . I would highly recommend Pristine plumbers . I recently suggested them to my friend and he was very happy with their service too . Pristine plumbers worked out cheaper than the usual handy man i normaly would call. I will definitively use their service when need arises.

Do you enjoy having a basement smell like someone threw a feces party at your place? Don't you just love the look and smell of that toilet over flowing after you've just passed thru a chimichanga from your late night Mexican joint. If you've answered yes to the following questions you need to seek mental help. If your disgusted by the first two sentences and don't want to read the rest and need a plumber ASAP then call these guys!

Pristine plumbing gets the job done. I've called them after throwing a social gathering one night and when Kris or Chris showed up he saved my life. And when I say life I mean my wallet. First lesson in plumbing, DON'T do that shit yourself. There is a reason why people call professionals to handle this stuff. He had explained to me that calling up Pristine Plumbing was the right thing to do b/c I was very close to loosening the wrong things because I had forgotten to shut off the main valve.

Long story short, he fixed up the overflowing toilet and the water that kept leaking from the very base of the toilet. I don't remember the time it took but it really wasn't that long and the price is veryyyy reasonable. Keep up the good work!

After seeing their outstanding reviews I knew I wanted to use Pristine when it came to replacing my old water heater. When I called in on Sunday I wasn't expecting an appointment that day or even anyone to answer the phone. I just figured with the holiday weekend and on a Sunday no one would be available. To my surprise these guys made an appointment for me. Not only that but they didn't even charge me extra for the appointment since it WAS a holiday weekend. Great service right from the start. The man who answered the phone when I first called in helped me turn off my water and talked me through the steps to take so that it would stop leaking. The same guy (Brad) said he would be over later to do a new installation for me. When he came over he gave me a rundown of everything that needed to be done and what he would be doing. He worked at a good pace and didn't seem too rushed. I was glad that this company removes and disposes your older water heater because there's no way I would've wanted to deal with that! Overall, they get 5 stars because of the service and work. I couldn't be happier. I will DEFINITELY recommend them to friends and family!!
