My bathroom stank!! I cleaned the toilet, still stank. I got better toilet cleaner. Still stank, but now it stank like sewage and chlorine. My wife started giving me the side-eye. So, I called Pristine.

Eric was helpful, informative and didn't try to drive the price of the project up. He told me that the toilet wasn't sealed properly when the floor was replaced. He sealed it, charged me a very reasonable fee, and left with ""if it doesn't smell better in a day, give us a call.""

It smelled better in a day. Sooo much better.

I had a burst sprinkler pipe that I needed addressed quickly. I called at 8:30AM and the two plumbers were FINISHED at my house by 9:30AM. Friendly service from the plumbers and the woman who answered my call. Highly recommend!

Twice now Pristine Plumbing has helped us in a pinch. First was installing an aquasana filtration system days before I gave birth to our first. The customer service we received was top notch, coordinating to get someone over swiftly before I went into labor. Second was this week when our kitchen faucet sprung a leak which flooded into our basement. Don, the owner, came over within hours of our call. Again the customer service was incredible and the leak was repaired. Both services were good work, reasonably priced, and enjoyable experiences interacting with the personnel.

The owner Don talked me out of having them come over for a major drain issue. He told he how to fix it myself. Super honest and nice guy-which is probably why they have been in business so long. I will use them for sure next time. And he spend about 20 min on the phone with me.

From talking to Christina on the phone - and meeting her in person - to meeting Donn for our walk through and then having the work completed, everything has been top notch!

They bent over backwards to help with scheduling around my work availability, are clean, professional and unbelievably good at what they do! We had a big ask when it came to redoing our upstairs plumbing that comes through the kitchen ceiling plus moving the gas line for the range and they blew me away with with their delivery; absolutely exceeded our expectations! Both Eric and Gabe came the first day and then Gabe came back for two more days, and they are incredible at what they do!

This company is the real deal: plumbers who know what they're doing and absolutely take pride in their work, have 100% professionalism and are just great and very friendly people! I've already recommended Pristine to neighbors and friends and we definitely plan to have them back for another job as well!

Claimed they fixed the problem, but it returned immediately. In their defense, I didn't call back. I don't have time to mess around with things twice.

Update: Great response from the company that may have uncovered an entirely different issue. Upgrading to five stars!

I had a great experience with Pristine the whole way through. I had a toilet replaced (about $500 including the new toilet and removal/haul away of the old toilet), a leaky faucet removed and a new one installed (about $400 including the new faucet), and new fittings installed to fix an old burst pipe (about $80). They offered several options for the toilet and the faucet, so I was able to choose what worked for me and my budget. Front office staff were extremely helpful and responsive, and Eric arrived on time, took care of the whole project in a couple hours, provided instructions and tips for use, and left the house perfectly clean. Highly recommended!

This company was so helpful. I needed help right away and the receptionist called back right away and they fit me in that day. Donn helped me with the faucet and then also helped me with a toilet at a very fair price. I will definitely use them again. Donn was extremely experienced and a nice person.

They showed up when promised, and appear to have done excellent work. On the other hand... $581 to replace a water pressure reducing valve -- a 15-minute job -- was absurd. That's $100 over the HIGHEST recent estimate I found on the Internet, and $230 over the AVERAGE recent estimate I found on the Internet. If money's no object... go for it! Personally, I will look for someone else the next time I need a plumber.
