Richard Cadogan serves as the president of Pristine Plumbing, located in Irvine. Richard, originally from Trinidad, worked as a plumber before moving to the U.S. in 1998. He gained experience at a major plumbing firm specializing in new construction, advancing from foreman to quality control manager before launching his own business in 2008. Richard is affiliated with the Plumbing Heating and Cooling Contractors of CA (PHCC) and holds a Green Plumber license from Green Plumbers USA. With a keen eye for detail, he is frequently celebrated as the ""favorite trade"" among homeowners. Richard's Caribbean upbringing instilled in him a deep appreciation for sustainable living. He reflects, ""We cherished our water service because it could be turned off at any time. I used rainwater tanks, controlling water for showers and brushing my teeth.
