Robert Parsons did an excellent job taking care of unclogging my toilet. A wash cloth was accidentally flushed down. He stuck with until it was removed. He came within a couple of hours after I called to make an appointment.

Robert is also very nice and kind and understanding. He answered all of my questions and kept me informed of what was being done. I appreciate that very much. I would highly recommend Pristine Plumbing to anyone that has plumbing issues. And most definitely would highly recommend Robert as well.

Great communication! They sent Jim out and it took a while to figure out what the gas issue was with my fire table. He took the time to thoroughly figure out and diagnose the issue and fixed it right then and there! Then he stayed around for 20 minutes testing and making sure everything was right before he left.

Mike from customer service reached out, and explained the situation. He also offered to refund the emergency charge. Ultimately it doesn't erase a bad experience, but I greatly appreciate their effort to mitigate the problem. I'd give them A for effort, and re-adjusted the rating. I am still skeptical about Irrigation Plastic Control Valve they installed last time, since 1 out of 4 already broke within 6 months. I will give them another try next time if I encounter plumbing issue again, and reserve my feedback until then.

First time we used them they were honest and fair priced for a clogged toilet. The second time we were charged $4k to change the toilet and faucet. I don't know what the going rate is but it wasn't a piping issue...they changed the flange and faucet...and they said the repair wouldn't be under warranty if we purchased a toilet elsewhere. It didn't make sense. You were almost forced to buy the products they offered in order to get anything fixed...& the faucet is still leaking...

Their technician came and solved our sewage clog problem with camera-equipped tool. It was done quickly and handled in a very professional way. Price was somewhat steep, but considering a handyman was not able to solve the issue earlier, it's ok.

Our sink was leaking and starting to mold. I called Pristine and they came out the same day. Rob was very professional and fixed the problem quickly. He also gave me tips to help keep all my drains clog free. I definitely recommend them and will use them again
