We had a great experience with Pristine plumbing! Our technician was Ilai , Who did a fabulous job installed the Aquasana whole house filter system. He was a perfectionist, he went above and beyond to make the installation not only working well and looking great. He took pride in his work, he stayed until 8 PM to complete the project with a smile on his face , pleasant, courteous young man!
I highly recommend this company and will use them again for any plumbing services in the future

My family and I moved into a new home and the water pressure was low and the hot water took a long time to heat up to barely hot. Cameron was our plumbing technician and he did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out a number of different options and scenarios to troubleshoot the issue.

I can't say enough good things about Robert Parsons and Pristine Plumbing! I called to have a plumber come out to my elderly disabled father's home to diagnose a leak in his main water line. Not only did Robert spend time walking the entire property, checking everything from the water line, water heater, water pressure, and located the issue...he arranged for my Dad to have water over the long Labor Day holiday weekend by tapping into a neighbor's water line (with their permission of course!) so toilets could be flushed, he'd have access to a hot shower and the ability to have his dishes washed and some laundry done. THANK YOU Robert for looking out for my Dad. I appreciate you calling me and discussing everything with me and sketching out the plans, the quote and emailing me. With the incidence of potential elder abuse in our society, it is heartening to find a company that still espouses the values of honesty, respect and trust.

Great experience using Pristine Plumbing! Our tech was Jacob, who did a fantastic job fixing a pipe leak and installing a new flange for our toilet. After working with Jacob, I thought, ""wow, this is great customer service"".

They (Jacob) explained the repairs, why they need to be made, and also reviewed different repair options. They first tried the most sensible repair option before escalating to something more drastic. Pricing is fair and transparent. They are respectful of the property--wear shoe masks--and protect customer safety during COVID by wearing normal masks as well. If there were any schedule changes, they kept us informed. They were friendly and professional.

Plumbing issues are painful, but Pristine Plumbing made it as painless as possible. They know their stuff, and you can sleep knowing they did a quality job.

Our water heater burst at midnight and they were the only company to call me back within minutes . The owner walked me through step by step on the phone what we needed to do to stop the leak . He even texted me pictures of the part we need to shut off etc .. he went above and beyond at that hour of the night . The amazing service didn't stop there . Tracy and the team who assisted him were wonderful to work with . They showed up on time and did an amazing job . Tracy explained everything he did and installed a new tankless heater for us . He was so pleasant to work with and was super knowledgeable . We will be recommending them to friends and family and will only be using them when we need plumbing service . Having your bathroom overflow in the middle of the night is disconcerting. I tried calling my local plumber, but unfortunately their guy was dispatched for the night. Luckily, I called Pristine Plumbing who answered the call and got a tech out to my house.

The tech on call was Gilbert Rios. My man was able to diagnose the issue and got me on my way. Here's the impressive thing. It's in the middle of the night, he has his truck, but not access to all his tools (just what he has in the truck). He's able to MacGuyver his way to find out why my bathroom was flooded - roots. It's always roots.

After clearing the roots, the bathroom worked again. So far no issues. Why this is important is because I have kids in the house. My fear was if the kids woke up in the middle of the night and have to use the restroom but can't. But luckily, that fear didn't manifest. Thanks, Gilbert. I appreciate you.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Pristine Plumbing and their technicians.

We wanted a whole house filter and new water heater installed and found Pristine Plumbing on Yelp. We had 4 bids from other plumbers before calling them. Dwaine came out to our house and was super knowledgable and helpful. He was also a super nice and easy going guy. The quote was reasonable and it seemed like we would get more for our money with Pristine, so we went with them. It turned out to be the best decision ever. They were able to schedule us for for an install within a week. Technicians Parker and Brody came out to do the work and were simply amazing. Both were very helpful nice and made sure we were happy with everything they were doing. They did a quick and thorough job. Truly top notch work. They went out of their way to do everything just how we wanted it and make sure all of our needs or concerns were taken care of. The products they installed were among the best on the market and a great value for the price.

I would highly recommend Pristine Plumbing for any work you might need done.

Cameron did a great job installing a new water heater for us. He came to our house the day before to diagnose our lack of hot water and immediately saw that there was a leak in our water heater. He provided us with options for a new heater and scheduled to return the next morning to install it. Cameron showed up on time, finished the job in about 3 hours and was very friendly and courteous about it. Thank you Pristine for sending Cameron as our technician. We are very happy with the results and he represents your company well.

They knew right away it was a drain issue. They quoted when they first came and when they did the job they actually charged below the quote as the job was easier than expected. In and out and very courteous. I highly recommend them!
