Was experiencing late night pinging in the pipes. Discovered we were suffering from extreme high water pressure. A pipe or slab leak was in my near future. Robert came out and installed a new pressure valve, shut off value, hot water heater expansion tank and all new copper piping outside the house. Disaster avoided! flawless work at a very reasonable price. He made this stressful situation as painless as could be.

They brought 2 young kids to give me a quote to install a washer pan for my Washing Machine. Kids told me it was $650.00 for the washer pan installation and they will charge me $780.00 if they wanted me to have them install my washer at the same time. I expressed how absurd that cost is and they told me it was within reason.

Called another company shortly after and was quoted $150.00 for the job. The fact this company is sending their workers to take advantage of customers is 100% unacceptable and should not be in business.

Thank you so much Pristine Plumbing! Scheduling was fast and easy. Our technician, Cameron, was prompt and professional. He came prepared with the proper PPE (mask, booties, etc.). Our guest bathroom had a leak that needed to be fixed for awhile. Cameron explained what needed to be done and worked with us. He was so quick and did a wonderful job. Clean up was great. Highly recommend Pristine Plumbing.

I had two projects with Pristine Plumbing recently. Both went very well. Mario and Anthony are very professional and helpful. They arrived on time and were wearing masks and shoe booties all the time. In addition, they explained everything in detail and answered all my questions patiently.

I tried to work with other companies before but they could not complete the project on the first attempt. The price offered by Pristine Plumbing is not the cheapest in the market but their work definitely saved me lots of headaches.

Had the shower back up in the condo we just bought. Called Pristine Plumbing and they sent Ilai that same afternoon. It was great they were able to take care of us so quickly.
Ilai was fantastic. He looked at our shower gave me an idea of what would need to be done and we had him start immediately. Great individual, he was polite, professional, efficient and really easy to speak with. Kept us informed on how things progressed as we chatted and remedied our situation in a really short period of time.
We're keeping him and Pristine on speed dial.

Can't say enough about Pristine Plumbing. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've had need to use them and I won't use anyone else. You always get a live person when you call. Response is super-prompt. The guys are really knowledgeable and just darn nice people. They communicate with you at every turn, let you know when they're coming, apprise you ahead of time if there are anticipated delays, and gives lots of great advice in terms of 'home remedies' to manage and maintain your plumbing systems. Oh yeah... and they fix the problem!

Pristine Plumbing was fast and efficient! Rey Torres provided top notch service! He is so professional and friendly! The best service call we have ever experienced! He came prepared with PPE and used them the entire service call. Rey was very knowledgeable and provided us with complimentary water pressure and water quality test. And thank goodness he did because we had no idea our water pressure was almost double the recommended pressure. We needed to replace the pressure regulator. Rey educated us on our plumbing system as well. I highly recommend this company, more specifically, I recommend Rey Torres!

Needed a plumber ASAP. They were here within the hour. Very professional and super friendly. Wore masks. Performed a few plumbing tasks for us: fixing a leak, sending camera through the drain, flushing the drain. Some costs were good, some a bit pricey. I appreciate the work they did though and would probably use them again if needed.
