We've used Pristine Plumbing several times over the past few years. Their technicians are top notch and know what they're doing. We had a toilet stop flushing on June 23, 2024 that was only 2 years old. Rob from Pristine came out the next day, June 24th, and diagnosed the issue. He was able to clear a deep blockage with his auger and the toilet is working perfectly once again. He also checked our main line as well as our other toilets and our sinks. Rob is very knowledgeable and friendly and does a thorough job. Everyone we deal with at Pristine Plumbing is great to work with. I highly recommend them.

Reached out to Amanda via Yelp messaging for brown rusty water as I suspected my aging tankless water heater is bad. She sent out her tech Jim and he came to the house and instructed to bypass the water softener to see if it is the culprit or the tankless water heater. Turned out the water softener is bad and not the tankless water heater. Even service was not needed but the Jim was friendly, honest and gave great advice. Highly recommended
