My insurance company requested that a licensed plumber write a letter stating that we don't have any leaks in our home bathrooms and clothing washing machine. We didn't think we had any, but I watched as they thoroughly checked each of the areas in question. It turns out we had the most subtle leaks! Luckily, a quick fix (tightening here and there) in the bathroom sinks. The washer was fine! No upcharging, just a fair service. I liked them so much I got a quote for an oil to gas conversion in the event we decide to make the switch! They were thorough and great.

They're honest, professional, and genuinely care about helping you achieve your goals. Also, every time they've been to our home, their crew is smiling and a pleasure to be around. My parents have been using Pristina Plumbing and Heating for 58 years. When my parents were married in 1959, they lived in one of the apartments above the original Pristina's shop in Cypress HIlls, Brooklyn. Joe Pristina was their landlord. When my parents moved to Queens, they kept using the Pristinas and remained friends with Sonny Pristina. My folks now live in Nassau County and they continue to use them. Recently the great grandson of Joe Pristina came to work on the installation of a new hot water heater. He is the 4th generation of Pristinas to do work on my parent's homes.

My parents have always spoken fondly of the Pristinas and have been through a lot of plumbing emergencies with them. They were so pleased that the family is still in the business and that a new generation is maintaining the high levels of excellent work and personal commercial service. My highest recommendation possible to this wonderful family business.

When you have a plumbing emergency, having a company like Pristina makes a bad situation much easier to deal with. I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate the service Steven and his company have provided us several times.

Recently, we woke up to a failed water heater and a flooded basement. Steven was literally here in 10 minutes to shut off the water, access the situation, order a new heater and send his guys to vac up water. Within just a few hours, we had a new water heater. You can't ask for better service!

On a separate occasion, we had a big leak downstairs, with water literally shooting out of a pipe. Steven showed up WITH COFFEE a few minutes after my call, and fixed our problem.

We've had several other plumbing issues handled by Pristina, and each time the work was done right the first time.
