AMAZING! Mike was awesome, called him on a Saturday for major attic, AC, ventilation repairs. He was out on Monday ready to do it all! For any realtors that need repairs fast and done right ask for Mike. Jeremy was top notch too! All work was inspecting by a licensed state inspector after and passed with flying colors. I'm still in shock.. Not only did he save my sale, but he gave my buyer the repairs and peace of mind going into their forever home.
What other companies told me would take weeks and $1000's more they did in one day and for 2-3k less.. I will keep Mike and his team on speed dial! THANK YOU GUYS!

I have been a long time customer of this company. NO LONGER! The last few years, since they split/plumbing/hvac their customer service as gone down hill..BIG TIME. A lot of the original service people and office staff have gone by the wayside. Aside from the fact that they now are SELL SELL SELL company, their service is for the pits. I had recommended this company to many of my neighbors and friends and they are, as well very disenchanted and are seeking out other companies.
Priority had installed a new water system a few years ago. I never complained about the workmanship when they installed the ""lines"" in the garage. But, now that the hoses are coming away from the wall, and I might add they did a shitty job installing them, I called Priority made an appt. only to wait for them on the schedule day, and they didn't show, but I had to call the office and ask ""where they were"", and having the gal tell me she didn't show me on the schedule. WHAAT! Ok, let's reschedule. So, we rescheduled only to have them call me the night before (after 4:30) to tell me that had to RESCHEDULE again, as their plumber was on another a job and had to finish that one first...Oh but they could come out later in the day. Not acceptable.
Let me ask you....they only have ONE PLUMBER? So, I told her to call me back the next day to once again reschedule. Third time is the charm. Ha! Do u think I have heard from them...NO! So, if you need any plumbing or AC work done look for another, more reliable company.
I guess they just got to BIG for their Britches. It is all about ""show me the $$"" with this company now.
It's to bad ""EEK"" is the only review I could give them on this Yelp site. Believe me it would have been much worse.

After three days of trying to fix my stopped up kitchen drain I finally buckled and called Priority Services because they had a great deal online. They sent a plumber named Franco that arrived really promptly after I made the call. Franco identified the problem quickly and did a great job explaining what was going. He got to work right away and resolved the problem without a hitch. Franco was very knowledgeable and friendly, I would definitely recommend Priority Services and I will call them again if I run into more plumbing problems.

Been a customer of them for seven years. Just had one of their plumbers, Franco, replace a valve today and he did a splendid job - great attention to detail and patience. Their phone staff, Ginger, is very friendly and the owner, Ted, loves what his company does.
Every technician has that has completed work here over the years is friendly, knowledgeable, and delivers quality work.
Priority Services has continued to impress me for years and they are the best. Call them!

We had our A/C start to blow hot air on a Sunday at 9AM when the high that day was to be 112! YIKES! I called my regular place, they were booked for the next 4 days! I tried another place that laughed at me when I asked for a same day appointment. I went online and Priority came up so I called. Matt was able to come out same day, had the part with him and was only here for about 30 min and we had cold air blowing again! We got a discount for finding them online and the price was less than expected. Matt made a couple recommendations due to the age of our A.C. and we will be calling him again to do the work. Thanks so much!

First off I have to say the technician that came to my home was real nice and explained stuff to me as he went. He determined that I basically needed a new unit. Lucky for me I work with HVAC guys so I asked them to come and give me a second opinion. Priority services told me it would be 5100 for a new unit, when the technician left he came back in 10 minutes and told me if I would agree to buy a new unit now they would knock off 400.00. Red flag!! If they could knock off 400.00 10 minutes after they quoted me 5100 why didnt they just knock it off in the beginning. Thank God for the guys who came to give me their opinion. There was nothing wrong with the unit. They cleaned it out, cooled it down, and watched it for a bit. With the extreme heat we are having, the unit was just having a problem keeping up. I'm happy to say my house is cool and I did not have to pay 5100 to fix it!! Shame on you Priority Services for being salesmen and trying to rip people off. People if you have air conditioning problems, get second and third opinions! It's all about the money! I will never use this company again.

My 84 year old mother had a plumbing inspection done by this company. When the 4 year old water heater was drained and some dirt came out, according to my mother, the plumber told her she needed a new heater. Then to make things worse they charged her over $1500 to replace it since she was a ""good"" customer. This is excessive based upon what I paid to have my water heater replaced 3 months ago. As another review here says this company definitely tries to upsell and take advantage of the elderly.

They came out, were friendly and personable. Then proceeded to charge me $315 for 15minutes and a part they claimed was super expensive. I googled the same part and it cost $5...THESE GUYS ARE A RIP OFF!!!!

This place is a rip off! Their technicians will try to up sell you service and productive a used car salesmen. DO NOT use this company. Total joke and unprofessional. The technicians who visit your home to ""inspect"" your AC or plumbing are less than knowledgable and must receive a commission if they sell you additional products. I had the 25.00 a month service fee and it is NOT worth the headache or money. Go elsewhere in Las Vegas. This is not a company to do business with.

After my review and a written complaint to the BBB of Las Vegas, I was contacted by this company. They voluntarily cancelled the extended maintenance contract they said I had signed for, and waived the $200 early termination fee. The corrective action taken by the company was done before my review or action by the BBB. I was quite surprised!
I only wish the initial contact I had with their office had alleviated the problem--the problem was solved by the office manager the following day.
I have dealt with this company in the past, and have never had anything but nice things to say about them. I hope this incident was out of character for the company!!
