Terrible customer service! I paid them over $6k for work done at my house and the work they did caused a problem that they refused to fix. The owners exact words were "not my problem". He had also made an arrangement with the electrician I was using to do some work for him at my house on the pump he was installing and told him he would pay him $150. He never paid the electrician and wouldn't return any of his phone calls. I then received a visit from the electrician telling me that prioirty plumbing hadn't paid him and wouldn't return his calls and he was going to remove the electrical work he did if he didn't get paid. I also started getting my calls ignored by the owner after i brought this to his attention and he refused to fix my issue. I have never been treated this way by any company I have ever dealt with. Especially after paying them the amount of money I paid them. He got his check and then could care less about me or the issues that arose after he did his work. The customer is clearly not their priority.
