our RO system started to leak after 15 years so we had to purchase another...first we looked for a plumber to install...called Priority in Lenoir City and scheduled for following week...I called them back 4 days prior to appt time to make sure they installed RO systems under the sink type, they assured me the did, they said they were a 'commercial' firm as well as 'residential'. We had some trouble locating the right RO system for us, and I called them back again to re-schedule the first appt for the following week...again, making sure they had plumbers who installed these and I was again assured they could take care of us. Well, the day of the appt., we had purchased the RO unit and were ready. They called us to say we should contact ""Kinetico"" (never heard of them) instead, because they really didn't have anyone to do this for us, and 'anyway, their plumber was busy on another call. Ok, this had just taken up 2 solid weeks of my time, for this company to go back and forth on me as to if they could handle this or not. I have never known a ""commercial"" plumber who could not handle a under sink RO system install.
