My wife and I purchased a new dishwasher. There was a problem with a pipe ap Rotor Rooter was recommended. They came out, looked at our galvanized pipes and said we need an entire home re- piping. The price? $35,000.00!
We're an elderly couple. I am on SSI and my wife is one year from retirement so outside of really financing our home we simply aren't able to afford that!
I called priority plumbing and spoke to Trent!
He came right out looked at the problem and said though these are galvanized pipes he knows how to work with them.
The next day the problem was solved!! The price? $500.00.
We will use them from now on!

I was referred to Priority Plumbing by a trusted source. Needed something simple fixed, called and was greeted by Trent. Trent was professional after I send him pics of the issue. He gave me a few options (which he didn't have to do). After trying to do it on my own, I called Trent back and scheduled a call. I was expecting ""how about next week?"" Next week was the same day. I was impressed. Although it was something simple and minor. Trent came out and tackled the project and boom...new faucet bib installed for the backyard. Words cannot express how thankful we are for Trent and his team (Travion and Rico) assisting with a slab leak in our rental property. It's our first water leak and we were so confused about the appropriate steps to make sure it was covered by insurance. Trent always answered all of our calls, explained in detail what to expect, sent his team out to start repairs right away, and finished the job in an affordable and timely manner. Even after the repairs were completed, he was willing to help with any questions we had about next steps in the process.

In such a stressful situation, he really made such a positive difference. He will be the first person we contact if we ever need a plumber again.

I want to give my highest rating and praise for Trent and his team. It is hard to find a plumbing service that evokes such strong emotions of happiness, but Priority Plumbing Solutions has done just that. I am overjoyed with the experience we just had with them.

His crew arrived on the dot, in a spanking clean white company van. They were friendly, clean, cheerful, professional and efficient. They did what Trent set out in the contract, and were on their way in record time, having been thorough and put us completely at ease that we are ready for the elements to come, thanks to El Nino and the rain gods that seem to be hovering over California for the past year.
