Absolutely some of the BEST service we have ever received. Communicated clearly, came out on a weekend, priced very reasonably, and extremely friendly/professional. Got right to work helping fix our clog problem. Had to get on our roof to get it done and had zero problems. Even helped me clean out my gutters! That's first class service. If we are ever in need of plumbing service again we know who we are calling! Thank you!

What an absolute delight having the privilege to do business with this company. Michael came to my house right when his dispatcher said he would. Had a clogged toilet he unjammed immediately and even rebuilt the entire plumbing under my kitchen sink in under thirty minutes. Was extremely helpful with other little issues I had with some plumbing and told me how to fix them quickly myself rather than taking advantage of it and charging me to do it himself. Reliable service at an extremely reasonable price--would recommend to absolutely any & everybody.

Wow, seriously San Diego homeowners, renters whatever. If you are looking for good, honest, thorough work priority plumbing service should be your number 1 contact. We had a clog bad that went through our washer, tub and sink! We called priority plumbing to see if we can get same day service. Michael was here in literally 10 min on his way back from another job. He was the most trusting and friendly vendor I have ever worked with. I didn't feel misguided as he walked me through every step. I wrote down his recommendations and he was so happy to provide service outside his contracted price. He cleared ALL our pipes for $200! I felt like I should have gave him more but you can tell he cares about his job and company to charge people a fair price. I am making sure Priory Plumbing is our only plumber we will use. I haven't written any Yelp reviews that are not food-related...but the service Priority Plumbing Services provided needs to be shared! Mr. Bentley was polite, helpful, and professional. When he arrived, he talked me through everything he was doing and explained the costs involved with my problem. He was quick, efficient, and seemed to really care about the customer's experience. Wow, Bentley completely exceeded my expectations - he was respectful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He came out right away, got the job done quickly, didn't overcharge me, a plumber with integrity! He treated me like family. Without hesitation I will use him again in the future, and will refer him to friends who need a good plumber.

I normally don't write reviews, but we had a great experience with Priority Plumbing that I wanted to share. On a Saturday morning, our house had a leak that soaked the kitchen floor and went into the adjacent living room. Desperate, I called, emailed, and messaged about 10 plumbers to try to quickly address it. Most declined or were unavailable, but Mr. Bently not only promptly returned my call (while in transit from a different site), he quickly stopped by and assessed the damage. While another plumber we also met with was ready to literally tear down walls to locate the problem, Bently was more methodical and used an acoustic microphone to isolate the source of the leak.

He took the time to explain what needed to be done, set us up with a leak specialist to make sure we didn't have multiple leaks (which we luckily didn't), then was able to fix the problem quickly. While he was there, he informed us that the water heater wasn't installed to code, so he helped us address this as well.

We are happy with his service and there have been no problems since he's come. He was honest and knowledgeable, the price was reasonable, and his service and attention to detail were impeccable. If you need a plumber, we'd wholeheartedly recommend Priority Plumbing and Michael Bently.

Need a plumber? I have found the best one! This gentleman was recommended by a friend and I couldn't have been happier. Mr Bentley took the time to explain what was wrong with my hot water heater and how it could be repaired. The man could have told me I needed a new one and made a bundle. You don't find these type of people just anywhere. Very reasonably priced and a very sincere and pleasant person. This is the third time I have had something fixed and never been disappointed.
