Called this company on a Sunday evening, and Dustin come out very quick to help solve the clog that we had. He was honest, friendly, and kept us in the loop the whole time to what steps were being taken and what the problem was. They discovered a bigger problem within our line and came out and knocked the job out.

Zach and his team do great work and are reasonably priced. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and we knew we could trust their word. I highly recommend this company to anyone. They hooked it up!

I have a close friend who is an incredible plumber and until I moved to MD from FL was the only one it trusted. Glad to say Zach and Priority Plumbing are top notch in service and skill. To anyone thinking they are expensive, try hiring a ""cheaper"" plumber, then still having to have Priority Plumbing come out to fix what the other company screwed up. Now that would be expensive. Save yourself the hassle and money and call Zach first.

EXTREMELY grateful to Zach and his team. We had an emergency situation where a pipe backed up in our home causing flooding through our ceiling. Zach was out here immediately and spent a good part of his night working on the issue. They returned promptly the next day and did a wonderful job getting our pipe all fixed up. I highly recommend them! Zach also let us know that we could give him a call at any time should an issue arise!

Zach came over at about 730 pm and put our minds at ease over a sudden ceiling leak. He didn't charge us an arm and a leg for the after hours visit, and he clearly explained our options AND how we could try to repair part of the issue ourselves if we wanted to save some money. Then he checked a couple of other issues we've seen and gave some insight as to how to tell when to make repairs. He didn't hard sell us or tell scary what-ifs and I appreciate that kind of honesty so I think we've found our plumbing guy for future repairs.

Zach and his team responded in less than one hour on a Sunday!

We had a weird drain blockage affecting two toilets. They were able to solve the problem and went the ""extra-mile"" by making sure the entire mainline was snaked clean.

Honest, friendly, and totally reasonable. They spent a few hours at my residence and didn't leave until we were all 100% sure we had free-flowing drains from every point.

Believe the 4 and 5 star ratings; they've earned it. I'll definitely use them again and recommend to anyone needing plumbing or drain help.

Horrible experience. Zach did not shut water off to our house, a pipe broke, our kitchen flooded, our basement was damaged because water went into the basement., which cost us 600. He was late coming, did not respond efficiently to text, lied, tried to up the cost of the pieces of our new kitchen sink and did not show when he was supposed to to put it all back together. We had to hire another plumber. We were 6 days without a kitchen sink and dishwasher.
