DO NOT USE Priority Plumbing! They replaced my water heater and did NOT account for pressure change when turning on the water. That same day I came home to a busted pipe inside my house that ended with a cost of $100,000 in structure, contents, and cost of living expenses. They are DENYING any RESPONSIBILITY in the event of the damages.

Spoke with Betty on the phone whom was professional and friendly. However, the owner Paul was not courteous at all. The first plumber that was supposed to come out to install a shut off valve never showed up. I thought I'd give it another try as I had a backed up sink and tub. The plumber that came out just named a price for the clogged tub and sink.There was no price list to back it up with. I was not willing to pay $250 for something that should only cost $150. When I spoke with Paul he did not really seem to care about my business and was definately not customer service oriented. I will be looking elsewhere for a REAL honest plumber and suggest you do the same.

Great company! If you have a plumbing emergency these are the guys to call. They are prompt and do great work. I recently damaged a hot water line and Doug came out within an hour. Great work, honest and professional.

Had an issue with there plumber who used a shark bite fitting and called the owner and wanted to know why it was used. Had to have another company come and remove the shark bite fitting due to a leak. Wont use this company again

San Diego resident who broke a pipe at my Aunts house in Westminster. Picked Priority Plumbing from Yelp reviews and they greatly exceeded my expectations. Paul worked with me on a difficult schedule as I could no predict my availability due to my Aunt being in the hospital. Paul did the work quickly and charged a very fair price. My experience has been I was an easy mark for an unethical company to try to over charge me. Priority Plumbing seems to be a safe pick for someone in need of a plumber. Tom

Helpful Professional with Integrity

The owner was not able to come to my home on an emergency call on a Sunday, but took the time over the phone to walk me through getting the water shut off at the street level. He told me that emergency-Sunday services would add about 15% more than regular service and didn't really want to add the cost. Instead, he asked a few basic questions and walked me through getting the water shut off (he was detailed and kept it simple enough to follow).
(bathroom water leak, but the main shut-off valve on the home snapped off)

He is in my phonebook the next time I have any plumbing problem.
