San Diego resident who broke a pipe at my Aunts house in Westminster. Picked Priority Plumbing from Yelp reviews and they greatly exceeded my expectations. Paul worked with me on a difficult schedule as I could no predict my availability due to my Aunt being in the hospital. Paul did the work quickly and charged a very fair price. My experience has been I was an easy mark for an unethical company to try to over charge me. Priority Plumbing seems to be a safe pick for someone in need of a plumber. Tom

Helpful Professional with Integrity

The owner was not able to come to my home on an emergency call on a Sunday, but took the time over the phone to walk me through getting the water shut off at the street level. He told me that emergency-Sunday services would add about 15% more than regular service and didn't really want to add the cost. Instead, he asked a few basic questions and walked me through getting the water shut off (he was detailed and kept it simple enough to follow).
(bathroom water leak, but the main shut-off valve on the home snapped off)

He is in my phonebook the next time I have any plumbing problem.

Paul the owner came out and just looked everything over. I told him I tightened the faucet already and the leaking stopped. Asked him to check the sink below. He checked...He did not do any work and charged ridiculous amount which everyone around me has said is total rip off. Kind of mad now...

She was so frantic seeing all the water shoot up to the ceiling, and how all this water had flooded the kitchen and the entry way. You came over, and took care of it in a matter of minutes! WOW!

We had used this company one other time. They seemed fine. Maybe a little expensive but the job was done right. So when we remodeled our bathroom we called them back. They did work behind the drywall....moved some pipes for us. The pipes were put in the wrong spot and then drywalled over.....they did not seem to care at all the pipes were in the wrong spot. When I called back a few different times I just kept getting the runaround.......All of a sudden I was too far away for them to come back.....when they wanted my $1000.00 for the initial work I was not too far away.....Not even an apology for me having to cut holes in the back of my new vanity.....they said don't worry no one will see it!
