The owner contacted us based on the prior review. I explained the outrageous estimate for a simple job. He wanted to make it right. He sent a different plumber to do the work at what we negotiated was a reasonable rate.
It turns out I was correct. It was a very simple job that took less than a 1/2 hour with no parts needed. I guess the owner realized this, as he came himself to check on the work. In the end we only paid the original trip fee, and got the plumbing completed. It only took a couple of extra days and the power of Yelp.

Great experience with Priority Drain and Sewer. They have helped at our personal residence and the only company I trust when working with my clients and their properties. Very professional and great timing. We have had same day service and when scheduling they are extremely prompt.

I give my highest praise for Priority Drain & Sewer and their technician Ian Davis. What I thought was a simple stoppage in my kitchen sink turned out to be a sewer line that had corroded to the point where it was draining into the ground below the house. I dreaded the repair. But Ian and his co-worker made it work, jack-hammering a trench across my bedroom and family room pulling out rotted metal pipe, and replacing it with something that will last. Throughout the job, Ian made a point of protecting my stuff and keeping me informed of progress. By the time he finished pouring fresh concrete, the problem was resolved and the area was clean. I recommend Priority for any job, big or small.

This company is a rip off. I was quoted over the phone $139, but ended up paying $460. They even charged us 3 percent since we were using a credit card! That right there is not good customer service. That service should be free! The guy came out and put his rotor in, it got stuck and he completely shredded the pipe, it was pinched right there so it need to be replaced anyway. He took the enamel off of the tile in our bathroom with his machine. He wanted another $169 to put a camera down there, and then another $139 to locate it!!! Insane. Where he located it outside wasn't where the break even was, Come to find out. it was like 8ft away. He told us we had to take down the neighbors rock wall and pull out all of his trees and bushes (four). Also, it was our responsibility to re-build the Rock wall and they weren't going to put the rocks back. They wanted 5,800 to fix the break outside, in addition to the $460. I got another opinion (thank god) and they came out, didn't have to take down the rock wall or the bushes and did it for 2,700!! It pays off to shop around and get second/third opinions. The Pipe MD was amazing!!! And cheap.
I also noticed that the owner only responds to positive five star reviews on yelp. Again, not good customer service at all. I wasn't going to mention the ""plumber"" who came out, but Ian just responded to my post and marked it funny. Again, do not use this company!!!

Priority did an entire sewer line replacement for me. They started on time and finished when they said they would. There were a couple times I was late meeting their guy Sam. He was real cool about my tardiness and did his job professionally. I highly recommended Priority Drain and Sewer! They beat the competitors price because they wanted they wanted the job. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

We had the misfortune of dealing with a broken sewer line. Keith and Cody were willing to take on a project up in the high country when very few others were willing. They were quick, efficient, and very communicative throughout what can be a difficult process. The actual repair work was completed professionally, and the team was courteous throughout the project and worked well with the local municipal public works. Although this type of work is not inexpensive, Keith was very transparent with pricing and helping us resolve our issue as quick as possible. Thanks Keith!

Amazing service! My kitchen sink drain clogged on Friday at 5:45PM. I called and they scheduled me for today. There was no service fee or call fee. The technician that came out was Vaughn and he was thoughtful, tidy, knowledgeable and helpful. It was a flat fee of 139.00 which I thought was very much a deal. This company was recommended by my GC and will definitely use them again. Thank you for your business model of providing excellent service and communication.

We recently had a clogged main sewer line beyond the capability to snake and/jet. The alternative turned out to be to dig up the problem area. The company we first called pinpointed the clog location and pressured to allow them to continue, which we didn't. After checking prices elsewhere, Priority Drain had the best plan of action, and on a weekend at that. Bright and early Monday morning, they were there with the equipment to follow the advice of the first company, dig up the driveway. Fortunately, the folks at Priority Drain took a look and found that the clog was actually in the street next to the main line. We used their crew that day to install a pair of cleanouts for our very long driveway. They pulled the second set of permits and got the road crew out the next day during which the entire rock blockage was removed and everything closed up and ready for use by the end of the day. Great service, pleasant people.

Dude came out. Was about 20 mins late. It went downhill when I asked him to take his shoes off and he got an attitude with me. Instead of saying ""yes no problem"" he gave me a nasty look and kicked them off. I told him to put his shoes back on and get the F out. Not dealing with attitude. If you don't wanna take your shoes off, then get the blue slip on booties.

Great service. I contacted them on Sunday . Cody called me back immediately and scheduled me for Monday morning. Matt contacted me 30 min prior to the scheduled time to let me know he was on his way. He was on time, professional, courteous and completed the job as promised and at the price quoted upfront.
