Appreciate the attention to detail while replacing my toilet. Levi did a great job getting the old, oddly shaped toilet out and correcting everything. The new toilet works great! Levi also checked a few other things and confirmed we had no other issues. We'll absolutely use him again!

Zero stars! This company does not take care
Of their customers. They failed in diagnostics of a broken water line - tried to say its ""ground water!""
Either they do not know what they are doing - or they do NOT care!
They had a tech sent to my residence to test the water line for a leak. That service person failed to alert my family , and the company failed to inform the customer or their own staff of the report finding. A large waste of time and money!

We worked with Priority four years ago to get a new furnace, water heater and AC. A young kid (19?) came and installed everything, and then needed to return to our house four separate times to fix various issues.

A few years later we started experiencing issues with our air conditioner. We called Priority and they looked at our system and told us everything was installed wrong, and they wanted to make it right and replace everything. After three weeks passed with no follow-up from Priority, we found out the employee was falsely promising replacement systems and claiming to be a manager.

Another manager came out and looked at our system and agreed the install was very poorly done and they made some larger adjustments to our furnace and AC. We appreciated their dedication to their reputation and making sure their work was done right.

Since then, we are still having issues with our AC. It seems simply because the one they sold us is much too large for our home. Our pipe freezes on a regular basis. They've come back out three times with bandaid solutions, but we are still having issues. We tried again this week. They blew off two scheduled appointments and still have not addressed the issue. All we want is for this to be made right so we can both move on.

My husband has tried politely and repeatedly with no luck, so I thought I'd come here to air my grievances. I wanted to be sure people looking to hire them knew about their lack of communication, as well as selling us on a product way above what we needed, as well as a consistently poor delivery on that product. Please step up and make this right.

Adan, the technician who came to my house, was thorough, professional and I would definitely ask for him again!

Priority Plumbing and Heating now at the top of my Most Unreliable Contractors list ... I've been a property manager/ owner for over 12 years now, I've worked with numerous contractors, and there are a lot of good reliable and trustworthy businesses out there ... but Priority Plumbing is BY FAR THE WORST plumbing company I've ever had to deal with in all those years. They've been unable to finish a job that was started almost 18 MONTHS AGO, TERRIBLE communication, and ZERO follow through on anything they say to your face. If you care about your sanity, stay away from this company, save yourself the stress of being ignored and having your job go unfinished.

I've spoken with the owner/manager Bob and the secretary Melony MANY times face-to-face, and have also texted / called numerous times for updates, but for some reason these two keep passing the blame/responsibility back and forth to each other on who is supposed to Draft the Plans for a simple Backflow Installation and give it to Pikes Peak Regional Bldg. to once and for all inspect their work and get the permit passed. I can't get ANY clear answer from either of them, ever, and they've had More Than Enough opportunity to finish the job they started... Did you install it incorrectly and don't want to stand behind your work? What exactly is going on here?!

INVOICE# 16648610 dated July 13, 2021... you have my number, please figure out your nonsense.

I have used Priority 6 times in the last 5 years. I called and spoke to Suzanna on 11/23/22 regarding a scope (camera inspection) that was done by Nathan on 6/13/2021. I told her I was afraid I was going to have a very expensive sewer line replacement but I needed to have a copy of the scope, which I paid for, but a copy was never provided. She said due to the holidays the manager would need to call me back the following Monday. I told her sure have a nice Thanksgiving and I'll wait to hear from her Manager. The following week, I receive a call from her Manager and she states ""point blank"" I don't know why Nathan didn't give you a copy (since you paid 199.00 for it) but they only keep them for 6 six months, PERIOD!! I stood there shell shocked for a minute and asked her for any assistance she could provide....she told me to have a nice day and hung up.............SERIOUSLY!!!
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! The sad thing is I left them a STELLAR 5 STAR review
a few years back....how times change !!!

Run, run, run away and find another company, these guys are thieves. They price gouge and don't tell you upfront what real cost will be . They charge for machines and labor and add on service charges for who knows what. I'm a general contractor and know they're many other trustworthy companies that don't price gouge and take advantage of a situation.

Mel came out and checked on our hot water heater. Although he was unable to fix the problem himself (an electrician is now needed), he was very diligent in his assessment and called the manufacturer for me regarding assessment and warranty. I am appreciative of his work today. Thanks!

***Updated review: Priority was extremely professional when working on a resolution to my issue***

Grossly incompetent plumbers. I had a leaking faucet which only needed a new cartridge. Priority Plumbing sent 2 different plumbers, and a manager, but after 9 visits, they couldn't fix the issue.
During the multiple visits, one of the plumbers caused several other plumbing issues throughout my house. They then attempted to charge an exorbitant additional fee to ""find another resolution"" to the problem.
I then called another plumbing company who was able to change the cartridge and stop the leak in less than 2 hours.

I gave the plumbing manager, Ben Napier, an opportunity to refund the cartridge replacement fee and he didn't bother to respond.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
