Tate and David did a phenomenal job installing a handheld shower head in our master bath. They were attentive to making sure it looked attractive and matched our existing hardware perfectly, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent.

Asked for an estimate for a hot water anode rod replacement. Was surprised with a $49 trip fee and over $500 estimate. They should have stated there was a trip fee.

To say I had an excellent experience with Priority Plumbing and Heating would be an understatement. From the moment I contacted them their scheduler was friendly and helpful, giving me lots of tips and tricks and things to ask the other companies I was getting estimates from. She was able to get me on the schedule quickly and a few days later I met with Danny who listened to my needs, understood my problem, and recommended a very reasonable solution.

After meeting with a few other companies and learning more about split systems I had some follow-up questions for Danny and he was always quick to answer and very helpful. We were able to work together to put a system together that we both thought would meet my needs and he genuinely seemed to care about the work he was doing and was very motivated to get my business. After a few more discussions, I was ready to make my decision and hire Priority Plumbing and Heating.

About a week later, I had my scheduled install day with Justin and had another really good interaction with the team at Priority. He was very knowledgeable about the systems he was install and was able to get my new mini-split installed pretty much the same day (he would have finished the job but needed an extremely tall latter to reach the top of my house, which he did next day). The new unit far exceeds my expectations, and I am very happy that we can now live upstairs with much comfort on the hottest of days or the coldest of nights. I also greatly appreciate that Justin told me about the potential tax breaks I would get from the efficient system they installed and even mentioned the rebates offered by the local utility company. That rebate just got me a credit of $2,000 for making this upgrade to my home.

The final piece to note, and what makes it a no brainer to give them repeat work (other than the passion both their salesman and tech showed for the company), is the follow-up and care I received after payment was made. Many companies cut and run after they get their payday, but I needed my invoice and final receipt structured a certain way to get the rebate from the local utility and the admin at Priority understood my ask and quickly made the modification to include the model numbers to those items that allowed me to submit my rebate request. I also had a two integration units on my order that I decided to wait on installation on and both were left with me so I could make that determination at a later date. One of the units was missing the connector cable and instead of just providing me with that cable Priority went out of their way to stop by a week later to drop off a whole new unit. It's this kind of customer service that is rare these days and what will make me come back to Priority Plumbing and Heating over and over again.

They have a knowledgeable staff with quick and effective communication and a passion for what they do, keep up the great work!

Was disappointed this morning to see a driver pass me by Martinez elementary going well over the posted school zone speed limit with flashing yellow lights. Considering that less than a year ago a few blocks down a child was killed by a careless driver on their way to school in a school zone, I take this very seriously. I hope that the owners of this company take children's safety and the livelihood of their business as seriously. Because killing a child in a company vehicle will more than close your business, it will ruin the rest of your lives. Please think of the kids when you see the bright flashing yellow school zone lights.

Alex at priority plumbing was an absolute joy!! We had another company quote us $13,500 and said we needed a new line with a liner and all this crazy stuff, said we were completely blocked with tree roots and needed to do it right away. Well we can't afford that! So after paying them $390 for an apparent unsuccessful snaking and a scope, my husband called priority plumbing and they waived the fee for a scope and came out to give us a second opinion!! Alex came out and was sooo helpful! He explained everything and actually showed me the video while he scoped which the other company showed me nothing! Turns out the problem is not dire and it's not even halfway blocked! Said we do eventually, probably in the near future, need to replace the bit of cast iron pipe under the house and that'd be a big job, but nowhere near what the other company told us!! I strongly recommend this company and Alex for your plumbing needs!! They actually CARE about people's well being!! Thank you!!
