He encouraged us to ask questions - and showed US in's and out's of our new home's furnace, air conditioning and evaporative cooler. We had to get our HVAC system looked at and found out it needed to be replaced entirely due to shotty workmanship from a previous contractor. Roy was awesome when he first came out to just do an inspection. He came in a timely manner and gave a fair and reasonable quote for what was required at our place. We needed it installed quickly and efficiently. Roy came out on Tuesday to give the quote and inspection and they were able to install the whole system and unit on Friday. Four guys came and did the job. They were all respectful and knowledgable. We would highly recommend them for any work they do.

These guys are great! We've had a toilet that had been slow flushing and clogging for several months and Robert was able to take care of everything in about two hours. He replaced several parts on the toilet first and ended up needing to take the toilet off and found a massive root ball in the pipes underneath. He was professional, friendly, and got the job done at a reasonable cost. Robert knew about different kinds of toilets and had all the parts in his truck for the job. Highly recommended for plumbing problems.

This was the best plumbing experience I've ever had.

As anyone who's needed multiple plumbing fixes at one time could attest to, some plumbers tend to take shortcuts and not necessarily completely address all of your plumbing needs. That was not the case with this plumber. Robert was excellent. He listened to my concerns, made suggestions and charged exactly what I was told the repairs should cost. He also told me the company also has an electrician who will be coming out soon to try to fix a whole different set of issues in the house.

Priority One will now be my go-to for ALL of my plumbing, A/C & heating AND electrical. I am so glad the 5 star reviews were truthful.

I'm new to desert living and a new home owner with a 20 year old air conditioner. Jose came out to service my condenser and was very helpful and patient when instructing as to what to do. Both Jose and the person I talked to on the phone were very customer centered. And the price was very fair. We will certainly use Priority One again.
