Still 5 stars wish I could give more. Since I can't leave a second review in such a short time... I'm updating this one. Adrian told me about these guys expanding in to the plumbing business which is a natural extension. They brought on Robert and his trainee and fellow employee Giovanni. Learning this and we were having issues with a super slow leaking shutoff valve by our toilet we scheduled an appointment. Everything was fixed, no more leaks, explained why it was leaking and they saved us from huge disaster. This small repair saved us thousands in near term water damage. We had them replace the service lines for our toilets and inspect the rest of the house. Robert is a saint he gave me so much valuable advice regarding plumbing and plumbing fixtures. Do yourselves a favor don't cheap out with the Home Depot crappy service lines etc to hook up your toilets. Best to leave it to the pros! Thank you again for everything.

We've used Priority One A/C and Heating several times in the past year for a/c as well as plumbing issues. I would highly recommend this company. Their plumber Robert Grosjean and his assistant Giovanni came to our home yesterday to service a leaking water tank under the kitchen sink. He could have easily charged us several hundred dollars to replace it, but instead suggested a much less expensive instant hot water recirculating system. They had to make a return trip today to replace a kitchen faucet and as usual were prompt and ever-efficient. Great guys...great company!

Roy and his team are all knowledgeable, professional and dependable. They installed my new a/c units last year and i couldn't be happier.
This week they came to my home on short notice as my heater wasn't working. Jonathan came out installed new parts and it's working like new. Again very knowledgeable, professional and honest.

I called in the morning and they came to my house a few hours later to fix my leaking kitchen sink. Robert went all over town to find the hose for my sink so I wouldn't have to go through the weekend without a working kitchen sink. I am so thankful for his service and really appreciate it! After a 3 week warranty disaster and 3 weeks with out AC/heating we broke down and called priority one. They had a guy out within two hours of calling about our problem. Adrian was super nice and knowledgeable and took his time to get to the source of why it kept going out. Not only did he fix our AC and heater, he cleaned up everything (including any handprints), AND he replaced a battery in our smoke detector that happened to go out while he was here so it would stop chirping.

The Priority One crew did a full replacement (2 AC units, 2 new furnaces, all new ducting, and two thermostats), last week. Totally thrilled with he results. Fair pricing, good advice on equipment (no overkill), quick, neat and clean installation, total clean up after the job was done. Priority One personnel, from start to finish was the best, most courteous and friendly group I have had the pleasure to deal with. Owner Roy is a prince. I highly recommend Priority One HVAC & Plumbing - there is just no one better (in the world?)

Priority one did a great job! Customer service was excellent! Very professional crew! I was very happy with the work! My HVAC system output was poor! Some rooms were cooling and others were not! They came out and evaluated my system and gave me a quote that was good! My HVAC system is working great! It's actually more efficient!
