It's very refreshing when a company answers the phone, in person... schedules appointments in a timely fashion... and arrives when they say they are going to arrive (in my case, early). Priority one definitely exceeded my expectations. I'd like to give a special thanks to Adrian, our service technician. He had a kind and respectful way about him (a rarity in this day and age).

Great customer service. We were out of town and needed emergency service for a leak, an outdoor water pipe burst. They came out fixed the problem, cleaned the mess (dug up dirt and rocks) and put everything back as normal. So nice to feel at ease with this emergency while out of state on vacation. I would definitely highly recommend to anyone with plumbing issues to call them.

I was provided a quick response and pricing on a weekend. Robert came and fixed a job that was poorly done by a previous plumber/company we used in an emergency. He not only provided reasonable rates but gave me helpful information on the warranty I had in place for my kitchen faucet also promising to come back if there were my issues with his work. Robert did a great job replacing the shower fixtures in our home. He is very knowledgeable and really knows his stuff. This is second time we used this company. The first time is when they replaced our worn out air conditioner. We had them replace our heater and water heater at same time. They arrived early with a team of 5 men and worked nonstop until 6 that night, doing a great job rebuilding the base. I highly recommend this company.

Roy is amazing! Air wouldn't turn on for us, Saturday at 6:00pm. Read the reviews and called for service. Was talking to the technician in 5 minutes. Roy contacted us since he's closest and came right over. He found the issue and fixed everything. He stayed with us for a while to make certain things were working. Can't put in words how great and honest he is. Price was right and the air is running! One happy customer!

Our A/C stopped working last night and I messaged through Yelp Priority One Air Conditioning and Heating at 3:30am and the owner Roy responded within minutes of my message and told me he would have someone at my home between 10 & 11am. Jhonatan showed up at 10:30am. Jhonatan was great, his on time, profesional, honest and gets the job done. I have A/C again, wooohoo!

Excellent experience. Never had our AC's serviced and Adrian came out and spent hours servicing my two units. He was incredibly polite, was constantly working and only suggested minor repairs. I thought the bill was reasonable. I will absolutely only use Priority One in the future and will recommend to all my friends!
