Over the last several years we have had several reasons to call Joe, and every time he arrives when he says he will, he's given me a reasonable estimate of what it will cost, and the job has always gone the way that he thought it would. He has, specifically, removed and replaced our water heater, re-plumbed the old part of our house to allow the new part (the addition we did), did all the plumbing for two retrofitted showers, installed a garbage disposal, installed a new kitchen faucet, installed four different bathroom faucets, and arrived to do other odd jobs on little notice.

After all this work, we did have a little glitch, we called him, he came over, it was fixed in five minutes, and, although we expected to pay him, there was no charge.

If you need a plumber, Joe will do a great job, communicate effectively, and be worth the money that you pay him. You'll rest easy, and it's worth the money.
