Ben at Principle Plumbing is an excellent plumber & a great guy. I've used him several times in the past 2 years. He has capped & removed my old leaking water softener, replaced a leaking shower cartridge, removed a cracked/leaking OMNI water filter that flooded my basement, replaced 2 sump pumps, installed a new gas water heater, replaced a toilet wax ring & dripping PVC drain piping, & replaced 3 toilet flush valve gasket rubber seals. He does very good work, responds to emergencies quickly, charges a very fair price, is honest, & very friendly. I highly recommend Ben for all of your plumbing needs.

Best customer service that I could ever expect. After having water start backing up into our sinks, I found principle plumbing on Yelp and we now found a permanent plumber. Not to only mention he arrived within 30 minutes of calling on a Saturday, he made sure the issue of water backing up in the sink from the sump pump was no longer an issue. He was very knowledgeable and ensured the work was done at a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend.

Ben was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with my bathroom sink leak. He offered options on how I could remedy the problem myself in our first phone conversation without pushing for his services. After exhausting my own attempts, he came out the very next day and installed a new faucet. He was prompt, masked, and courtious. Ben was the quickest to respond to my Yelp request for some plumbing work we needed done. He quoted me a fair price over the phone to replace our garden hose spigot and 2 toilets that I had purchased. Came on time during the date/time set and was quick and respectful to the house during the install. He cleaned up everything and made sure everything worked properly prior to leaving. We have our go to Plumber now and will be working with him for any future needs.

Late last summer, I moved into my first home. A year later, we're settling in.

One of the things I'm working on is the landscaping. I had to re-seed some areas of my front lawn and noticed that the hose had very low flow. Despite attempting to problem solve a la' WikiHow, I couldn't fix the issue.

I sent out a Request a Quote for a plumber, and got back three types of responses:

(1) We'll send a plumber out at $~280 to diagnose
(2) We can remedy the problem at $375+ for a new spigot
(3) Let's discuss the issue you're having.

Ben was one of the few #3 responses. He went back and forth with me (with me sending pics) to try and identify and diagnose the issue I was having, well into the evening. He was honest, and it was clear he wasn't trying to make a buck. (I get it; we all need to make a living.)

After problem solving didn't work, I hired Ben to come out and help with the issue. He seemingly remedied the problem with a quick turn of a knob (and I felt dumb AF). I told him I'd pay him for his time, and he declined. HOWEVER, it turns out that the DIY knob installation from the previous owner leaked, so I did indeed need to have Ben cut the faulty knob off and install a straight pipe.

In my interaction with him, Ben demonstrated great integrity. He charged me a minimal amount to remedy the issue. And he went a step further to write out end-of-season instructions for my reference.

Totally solid. Makes me think of the UNCLE or NEIGHBOR sort of good guy who wants to help out. I'd hire him again.

There were times I've had service done and felt like I was being taken, but not with Principle. I had a water heater replaced and the process couldn't have been easier. I shopped around and got quotes from numerous vendors and Principle came out on top in price, customer service and overall quality, in my opinion, after the work was completed. I will definitely recommend and use Principle Plumbing for future projects.

We had renters and the garbage disposal broke.
We searched for a plumber and one who could install quickly. I was able to speak with Ben owner of PRINCIPLE PLUMBING, INC
and he made arrangements to come out that day.
He was very friendly and honest and on time.
Actually a screw from an overhead light had fallen into the sink and jammed the disposal.
Ben figured it our immediately and fixed the problem with in minutes.
He was fast, honest and professional.
We were charge only a small service fee for his time.
