Recommended Customer Reviews

We had Princeton Plumbing 2 times so far and we are very satisfied with the service. The first one was last year winter, our tankless water heater broker and we called; gas, electricity company, and a different plumbing company to get it fixed. The other plumbing company told us that we need to change the water heater which was $$$$ but Princeton Plumbing only fixed the parts saving us $$$$ of money. Jillian and her crew were amazing, they contacted the heater company and also the home warranty so that we can get everything fixed.
Second time I called was last month because our water heater needed some cleaning and Jillian came the very next day to take care of it.
I really appreciate it and this is the #1 company we will contact again if we need service again.
Thank you Jillian!!!!!

I hired Princeton Plumbing to perform a remodel job for me - it entailed moving a sewer drain and water lines to a new sink location about 6 feet over in my kitchen. The initial job walkthrough went smoothly, with the owner Joe and Kylie reviewing the work that needed to be done, and providing me with a reasonable quote. I told them at that time that I needed everything moved and prepared, but that I would connect the P-Trap and Sink/disposal.
The plumber that came out did a solid job, there are always questions once the wall is opened up, but she was able to ultimately route the lines where we needed. We did have a communication hiccup during the process but the owner immediately cleared everything up. Ultimately, I'm satisfied with the job, and the company. A big thanks to Joe for going out of his way to ensure we were happy.

Jillian and Jake were awesome! Had a gas leak, which Atmos shut off. Contacted Princeton and Jillian and Jake were out within hours, worked hard (and in the crawl space!) to find the almost indetectable leak, get it fixed, get the city out same day to inspect and wrapped it all up by 5. Friendly, lovely, respectful people and service. highly recommend! (atmos, which finally showed at 2 a.m. to reignite the gas, i cannot say the same for.) Thanks Ya'll!!

These guys were great ! Called on a Sunday with no hot water or even water coming out of the hot site on all faucets. Called left a message in the morning, had a call back in less than 30 mins. Joe came out in less than 45 mins. Determined that the 9 year old water heaters were limed up and needed to be replaced. Was able to get the water heaters and parts on Sunday ! Up and running by 1:30. Perfect job by Joe and Jake ! Thanks Again. Highly recommended.

Gas meter run over by some jerk, who didn't bother to stop and tell me!
I Called Atmos to come out because the meter was hissing and spewing gas loudly. The service Technician Austin, gave me a coupon to use with one of their preferred service plumbers. I was like whatever!
Home warranty company denied the claim because it wasn't normal wear and tear. They %$&*! Just wished I had a license plate to pin to it! As it turns out the guy from the Choice Home Warranty was awesome, and quoted me his price. $600.
With the knowledge, and coupon (20% off, from Atmos), I was able to get Princeton Plumbing to do the same job for $400. That is a great savings!!!!
Princeton Plumbing came out, quickly, assessed the needs of my gas leak, and quickly pulled the necessary permits. The City of McKinney was slow to do their thing here! Go figure, and it was the weekend.....Days pass!
Princeton, once issued the permits, corrected my issues, and again we awaited the inspector from McKinney.
Sigh!
Finally we got the go ahead, and Princeton Plumbing jumped back into action to hooked me back up to the main. Woo hoo! They quickly advised me to schedule the return of service, removal of the lock... To get my gas turned back on. Atmos was here within the hour and was outstanding to get everything going! Gotta love that service! The Service guy stated that this was a major problem with meters near driveways. Can't agree more! He lite all pilot lights and made sure the cooktop was clear of air in the lines. Super service from Atmos! They are all about consumer safety!
Atmos was pretty good through the whole deal! Minor complaints....I feel they could have fixed my side and prorated it out over several months to reduce the burden on my budget. Not an option!
All, in all, I was without gas, and dealing with cold water, for 7 days. I was super unhappy, but Hey! I drive my bus! (see the Book, " The Energy Bus!"). It will change your life!

These guys have no problem installing a big-ticket item but their customer service is none existent. I had a tankless water heater installed with a battery backup for the many days our electricity goes out. They placed the battery backup directly under the out going pipe. So, when we had sideways rain it leaked right into the battery backup which shorted out and plunged my entire home into darkness. I called them when I noticed water entering my home. I received NO return calls for days. Not until I threatened legal proceedings and calling the owners father did I receive a call. Then I was told he would check out the battery backup and get a new one or have it repaired. After several weeks, I had to call his father again to get my battery back. He proceeded to leave the battery outside under the elements instead of handing it to me. His excuse he was too dirty to knock on the door. Obviously, he did not want to face me; because after plugging in the battery, I found it did not work. I texted him about the item and he stated he'd replace it. So far nothing has been resolved.
I would avoid this company unless your okay with calling his parent to get work done; and not even properly.

Honest and reasonable company! The hot water ran for a few minutes and then would stop in all bathrooms. Got quotes from other places which were extremely high. I found Princeton Plumbing and called. I left a message after hours and Joe called me back within a half hour. I explained the issue and he gave me a few ideas of what it could be.
They came out early the next morning. They spent hours removing the fixtures in all three bathrooms and flushing out the lines to make sure sediment was not clogging the lines. He found a leak in one bathroom and replaced the part. After some testing, he found out the water heater was bad. He quoted me immediately for a price that other company would have charged at least 50% more! After I agreed to replace it, he got right to work. He installed the new water heater and everything worked well.
This company is amazing as I've had to call other plumbers and they all were overpriced even for simple projects.
I highly recommend Princeton Plumbing! They are professional, friendly, and kept the work areas clean. The work is done perfectly and they are so very reasonable! I'm impressed by Joe and Brandon! They run an honest business and I will definitely call them in the future for any other plumbing issues.

Do NOT use this person, Joe Escobar.
He was good in that he fit me in his schedule quickly. The work was done. But once my check cleared, I did not hear from him again.
It took several days to get the Plano Permit from him. Then his work FAILED inspection. He would not return my calls or texts. He finally sent his people to correct the failed inspection and it did finally pass. This took a total of a MONTH to finalize the work. And he still has never sent me a final receipt.
Buyer beware.

Wow, where do I start? We contacted Princeton Plumbing on July 1st because we had a leaky shower faucet. They were able to send someone out that afternoon. The crew came and spent some time looking at the faucet and identifying the problem. In order to correctly identify the issue they had to remove the faucet handle (more on that later). They said they had to get the part and would be back the next day to complete the job. The next day came and went (we stayed home ALL day) and they never showed up. I thought maybe they were busy and would be here on July 3rd. Again, we remained home, and they never came. I sent a text (a previous method of contact), and received no response. I chalked it up to the long weekend and waited until Monday. When Monday came and went, we were definitely getting upset. I left messages and sent more texts, but never have heard back. After 1 week, we determined that they were completely untrustworthy, and had abandoned the job. I'm not sure how they have stayed in business until now, but I would avoid at ALL costs. We ended up using Legacy Plumbing, and they came out and fixed the problem within 1 hour. The only reason it took that long was that Princeton Plumbing had completely stripped the faucet screw during their brief visit, and it had to be drilled out.

I have had many plumbers in 20 years of home ownership; most I would not call a second time. I am enthusiastically awaiting more plumbing needs so that I can experience Princeton Plumbing's efficiency and proficiency again. The entire process to evaluate & replace my water heater took 1 hour and 45 minutes. This included a run to the supplier to pick up the requisite parts. And she left it cleaner (tidier) than she found it. I couldn't ask for better or more.
