The service technician arrived right on time and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He made sure not to track in any dirt and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend both he and the company.

Will came to repair and replace existing air filter. We had a very old broken electrostatic, and switched to the replaceable cartridge. Will was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was doing. He listened to my concerns. He made sensible suggestions and answered all my questions. He cleaned all the dust in my furnace and did not leave any mess behind. I will continue to call Princeton Air, and would recommend Will @Princeton Air.

Service man was on time. Work was complete and performed in a timely manner . Will D. was friendly and informative. My only other comment is if service is not an emergency schedule it well in advance .

I have used this company for more than ten years. There prices might be slightly higher but they stand behind their service and products. They are responsive addressing matters and service calls are promptly scheduled as needed.

Had a home energy audit done by Collin never received a proposal until I called and asked for it I was told my paperwork got lost on his desk for 2 weeks. Later that day I was called and asked for my email address so he could send it out NOW to me, after not receiving it that night I left him a angry voicemail and received it the next day with what I considered an obscene I don't want to do it price of 31k for some blown in insulation and a few other things. Now it's 4 weeks later and still no follow up or call to discuss or see if I was interested in any of the work being done. I emailed him asking him to mail me back my last 12 months of electric bills that I gave him for no reason at all, and he responded yes of course I'll send them back to you with a proposal. This telling me that he has no idea who he was even talking to. I would never use or recommend this company based on the unprofessionalism, and absurd price I received

Will D at Princeton Air solved the problem with my central air that at least two other techs from the firm could not identify and fix. He is a patient, methodical and knowledgeable.

Chris S. just left after performing a maintenance call. He arrived right at 8 and, a always, he was very thorough. He recommended replacing a solenoid valve, showed me why it needed to be replaced and then performed the replacement. He also adjusted our humidity control throughout the house, replaced a battery in the thermostat and explained what I needed to monitor because the condensate pump may need to be replaced during a future maintenance. I love how well he communicates and the sense that he truly takes ownership for our system. I'll ask for him again.

After 22 years in my original house, I decided to replace our HVAC unit (Lennox Pulse21). We went with Trane S9V2 furnace and Trane XR16 from Princeton Air. They installed the equipment in Nov 2016 and our experience has been really disappointing.

The furnace kept shutting down, almost on a daily basis due to tripping of the rollout switch. Princeton Air has been very responsive in sending their technicians to fix the issue but was not able to fix it until after almost a month. They replaced the intake and exhaust pipes from the previous smaller pipes to now bigger pipes but the problem persisted. Finally, a Trane tech came with their tech and found a defective burner that was bent at a angle causing the rollout switch to trip. They said that the burner was bent due to over tightening of the burner against the gas pipe during installation. I personally don't think this makes sense, but would still need to speak with the Trane rep. They replaced all 5 burners and the furnace has been working (keeping my fingers crossed). I was fighting to get the furnace replaced but was denied when they insisted that the issue was with the install process.

Today, after a month and a half since install, the electrical system failed inspection by the township due to ""No mechanical connectors on equipment grounds in switch box.""

To me, this is totally unacceptable and I just hope not a reflection of the service typically provided by this company.

I called Princeton Air to have our pipes for our furnace inspected. It was getting cold and the tenants of our condo were not getting sufficient heat. I had read positive reviews regarding this company so I gave them a shot. This was my mistake. The service technician who came to the condo had no clue where to find the piping regarding the furnace. At this point, it was time to move on from these guys.

We found another company that solved the issue instantaneously. Princeton Air had the nerve to charge us 105 bucks for their service fee for a guy who spent 2.5 hours looking around trying to figure out why the heat wasn't working which ended up being a bird's nest in one of the heating vents.

With the 105 bucks I was charged, I could have flushed the money down the toilet and gotten the same results I did when calling Princeton Air. Save yourself the stress of dealing with their incompetence and call another competent company

Very disappointed. Made an appointment to install a Nest thermostat and was given a four-hour window for their arrival. They were a no show during that timeframe and did not call me to let me know what was up. I had to call them first, and they said the technician was held up at another job and would be there in 20 minutes. He arrived 40 minutes later.

The one positive part of the experience was that the technician explained to me how my system was multi-zoned and how the zoning functionality worked. This was the key bit of information I was missing when I had tried to install the Nest myself. He also pointed out some issues with the current setup, so now I have a better idea on how to improve my system in the future.

But he also told me that the Nest would not work with the multi-zone setup - which turns out to not be true. Maybe he meant to say that one Nest unit would not be able to control all the zones at the same time, so I asked if it was possible to have the Nest control just one zone and the older thermostats control the others. But he still told me no on all counts and suggested I replace the system with a more expensive wifi-enabled system for multi-zone setups.

After he left, I attempted to install the Nest myself for my primary zone and I was successful. I would not have been able to do this without his explanation of my system, but everything else he told me was completely wrong. I did not appreciate the no call / no show after waiting for four hours, and the amount of upselling also got to me. I do not recommend and I will be seeking my business elsewhere in the future.
