These Guys Charged Me $150 for a a Estimate! All I needed Them To Do was Run Sewage runoff PVC pipe 25 feet downhill after I dug The Tunnel Under Foundation. I had To Call them Back For Estimate Price. Plumbers were Lost Like They had no idea what to do. $10,000 WOW These Guys Are Taking Advantage of Homeowners beware! Especially in these hard times

Like a lot of people in Texas I have water pipe damage because of the extreme cold weather we just went through, when I realized Monday afternoon the my hallway was flooding due to a water pipe being damaged I contacted my home warranty and put a claim and they sent me to prince plumbing, I was told the plumbing company will contact me the same day and they did late at night I got a call from Angie miss the call so she left a voicemail, I call her back right away and she scheduled me for the next day (Tuesday) from 12:00 to 4:00 waited all day and call to confirm they where still coming because is was past 4:00, so I call and call and was never able to get in touch with nobody, the next day I call my home warranty and explained what was happening they attempted to call them but couldn't get a hold of them so I end the call with my home warranty as it was not productive and as soon as I press the end call button my phone started ringing and guess who it was? Prince plumbing (Angie) the same people I been calling for 2 day she goes on with "are you still I need of our services?" Yes of course I haven't had water for 3 days, to what Angie said ok we are going to sent the technicians in you way they will be there in 45mins, 5 hours later the technicians arrive it was Mr. Matthew from Honey To Do List or something like that he claim that we should wait to get our water leaks fix until after we are sure the rest of the pipes are not frozen we thought it makes a lot of sense okay we can do that and then Mr. Matthew hit us with but I will have to charge you 200 dollars for coming out in this weather but next time when we come to fix it we will only charge you 75 dollars an hour instead of the 150 dollars we topically charge and no service fee you will be saving your self a lot of money this way and will prevent any additional damage to your pipes if we fix it today, I was like cool sound good to me, well the bad weather stop and I made sure the lines were not frozen any more and call both prince plumbing and Mr Matthew like you can guess by now if you are still reading prince plumbing didn't answer but Mr Matthew did, I was hey sir the water pipes are not frozen any more when can you make it back ? He answered with a bunch of excuses and so own he was not able to give me and exact day because of the high demand for his services so I'm like OKAY whatever, at this point is Friday and 5 days without water and I'm starting to develop trust issues with prince plumbing and Mr Matthew so I call him again and let him know of my trust issues and that I need to know if he was coming back or not so I can move on and get another plumber to come fix my issue, to what he answer that he wouldn't do that and he promised me men to men that by Saturday night I would have running water in my house, well is Tuesday not a text, not a call, and water tanks to him or prince plumbing. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE THEY WOULD TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT COME BACK (oh and by the way ANGIE is Mr Matthew's wife)

The first time I called Prince's I wasn't sure if the price for the job I needed done was a good deal or not, but I was in a crunch and this was the first company that said they could have someone out that day. When Prince showed up by himself to give a quote I figured it'd be a few days, as I didn't think the owner of the company would dig a hole in my front yard. I was totally off about him! He told me he'd have it done in a couple hours, and broke out his shovel. I had to leave him to it while I went back to work, and when I returned the job was done and my yard looked like no one had even messed with it. A closer look, and I could see he had carefully scraped off a layer of grass before he dug and placed it nicely back on top after he filled the hole back in. I was very pleased.

The second time I called I was nine months pregnant and in way over my head with two bathroom renovations. Not only did Prince put me on his schedule for only a few days out, but he finished his other job early and came back the same day to do as much of the work as he could. I thought this was super awesome of him to put the effort in to get the work done for me as quickly as possible.

We called them a third time to get a quote to run water to a piece of land we have, and Abram came out. Again, super nice and took the time to walk our land with us to find the correct location to tap into.

The last thing I'll mention is how much we love Angie, the first person I talk to anytime I call. Though we've never met in person, she remembered me from work that was done over a month prior to me calling back, and she was sure to ask me about the new baby. She's super nice and very personable.

Prince is definitely our first call for all our plumbing needs!

I called Prince today because I needed a back flow test done, and needed it done same day. He told me that he'd be there between 1 and 3 and that he'd call when he was on his way. He called at 1:15 to let me know he'd be there in about 15 minuets. He got here, tested the system and that was it! The price was lower than other companies that I called and he was able to come out same day. I'll use the company again if needed.

Recently had a plumbing issue, contacted Prince Plumbing, affordable, showed up within a reasonable time and worked diligently. Would definitely recommend them to anyone, and we will be using them for future needs.

So this was a second call for Prince Plumbing & Mechanical. He did a great job the first time and I was pleased with the results. Called them out for a leak in a bathroom sink. His technician was punctual and got right to work. The problem was accessed, but solution was far more difficult. After removing some of the tile, there was a considerable amount of water damage. The leak had been found but wasn't sure how to proceed. I was informed that he would be consulting with Mr.Prince on what direction to take. Still working on a solution, I was informed that Mr.Prince would be stopping by. Five hours later, the work was completed. An explanation of how the work was accomplished, supplies used, and the area cleaned. I received my bill, paid for but was shocked on its amount.

My insurance was notified, the adjustor came to access damages to which he remarked how well the plumbing had been done. Adjustor stated he was glad to see the proper supplies that was selected. So I pleased at the adjustor's remarks but still unsettled about the amount. I made a call to Prince Plumbing, voiced my concerns, and explained my point of view. The receptionist listened intently, very professional, thoughtful and she would inform Mr. Prince of my concerns.

Within a day, I received a call alerting me that my concerns in reference to my bill was considered and were valid. The decision was made to refund some of the bill.

I want to say the Prince Plumbing & Mechanical are professional, and knowledgeable in the work they provided. Great service was provided, and they do not look down on persons who are ill-informed on plumbing issues nor did they take advantage of the situation. They were on time on both occasions and extremely pleasant to work with. They are not the cheapest!! But do you really want cheap or work to be completed right the first time. As a bonus, they listen and with great respect; they respond to this customer.

I was so relieved when Prince Plumbing came out to reassess my plumbing issue. They had the confidence that the "other company" did not I received 3 estimates and Prince Plumbing was not the cheapest, but they were the most knowledgeable. You get what you pay for.

I had done business with Prince Plumbing a couple of times in the past. I called them out to look at a leaky two handle bathtub faucet. Prince, himself, came out and told me I would need to replace the two handles faucet with a one handle, because the plumbing stems were old and needed to be replaced and brought up to date. I went and bought a new one handle faucet and the plate to cover the two handle holes in the tile. Then called him to come and replace. I told him I was not really fond of the idea because I had my bathroom walls refinished and did not want to ruin the new finish on the tile. He said, at first, the tile work would be behind the plate and would not show. After he began the work he told me I would need to get someone to come out and replace some of the tile. I got upset and angry because he told me he could replace without damaging the tile! After awhile, he completed the install without tearing out much of the tile. He said the work was not correct because there was not enough space between the water spout and the plate with the faucet handles, but it was the best he could to and it worked. After he left, when I took a shower, the water comes gushing out of the spout so hard it blocks the drain below, when you turn on the shower the water comes out of the shower head AND the spout with a lot of force. The bathtub drains slow because the water is hitting the drain so hard...and...you run out of hot water within a few minutes. All the other showers in the house do NOT have this problem so I know it's not the water heater. I called him to come back and adjust the water pressure or whatever needed to be done to correct the problem. He came back and looked at the bathtub and told me there was nothing he could do. Now I have a shower that I cannot use and I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH PRINCE PLUMBING AGAIN!!
