I would not hire Prince Plumbing. Prince plumbing was the plumber that was hired by my contractor for my bathroom renovation. They came out and did the first step of the plumbing work. When their employee came back to finish the installation he told me that the shower fixture was missing pieces. He circled the missing pieces on the instructions and told me to order another fixture and that I would be responsible for paying for them to return as a return visit is not included in the original estimate. I ordered another fixture and Prince sent out another plumber. I overheard this plumber call his employer and tell him that the other parts were not needed that the ""fixture just slipped right on"". When I saw the bill and questioned them charging me for the visit he lied and said they needed a small part. I looked at the instructions for the new fixture and it clearly states that the part that the first Prince plumber said I needed, ""is not needed for final installation"". On the day they were at my home for the second visit, I had asked the second plumber to make 3 additional, simple repairs while he was there. He fixed two of the things and made a mess of the third. The tub drain still does not work and the cover he used does not fit the opening on my tub. The other issue I have is that Prince charged me for 2 plumbers. The job they came for was very simple work and did not require 2 plumbers. I was told that I was given a discount on the second plumber. I should not have had to pay for a second plumber. If they had told me that I would have to pay for 2 on that day I would have waited for another day to schedule. I called Prince and let them know that I thought I was overcharged and that I would be making a complaint and writing a negative review and let them know that they could call me to discuss. I did not hear from them.

Scott installed a new tub and shower fixtures for me as part of a bathroom remodel. He went the extra mile and did a solid job, kept the work site clean, and made sure that the job was done to my satisfaction before leaving. Scott is also easy to work with, very friendly, and reasonably priced.

I recently moved to Hightstown and needed some plumbing work done on our new house. Unfortunately there is not much on Yelp or other review websites around here, so I randomly called around for quotes. When I called Scott Prince at Prince P&H, his quote came in much lower and he was able to come the next day. He brought over one assistant for the job. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable, and I am more than happy with their work and professionalism. He also does other contracting work like electrical and general contracting as well.
