I had a terrific experience with Prince Plumbing company. As a local family run business, I prefer them over their box store commercial alternatives. While pricing may be higher than said alternatives, the quality of work is unmatched.

I had a toilet that needed to be replaced on the second floor of my home, and Prince Plumbing came out and changed it in a timely and professional manner. Their technicians were very amiable, and I would feel comfortable using them for future services.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am told they are going to arrive by 230 to do a check before they install a toilet. The day comes and I hear nothing from them. I called them 4 times asking where they were and by 3 I told them don't bother coming I have things to do. The guy shows up around 4 asking where I'm at and I told him you are an hour and half late I'm not home I have errands to run and I don't want you at my house. I said this very calm. The guys yells at me about my attitude and tells me he didn't reallh want to do the job. Prince Plumbing company maybe if you had better customer service and nicer employees you would have more than 2 stars on Yelp. Do not use this company

I was happy that he came out the same day to fix my leak. It was pretty bad. But he did not have the parts with him to fix it and had to run to the store. Then grabbed the wrong size valve. So he had to go back.
I appreciate his help but the place was a mess when he left and the dishwasher was not put back in place properly and my daughter could not close the door. I had to get on the ground and adjust the legs myself. Minor but we should have checked that it closed before he left.
Today I hired another plumber to redo the drain that he installed.
I felt over charged ($450) and it did not feel right having to clean up and fix the dishwasher myself.

Called to have my sewer line cleared around 2 o'clock on 09/24/2020 and went straight to voice mail for Oscar. Never received a call back. By 9:45 next day still hadn't received a call back. Call (Plumber Near Me) in Buda, TX and someone answered and had a plumber at the house within the hour.

Prince Plumbing arrived the morning of January 3, 2019 to answer a call we placed for a plumber to unclog the drain in the kitchen sink.

Before he showed up, I had removed everything from beneath the sink and removed the piping so the plumber could easily work to unclog the drain.

He showed up around 10:30 am and was gone around 11:30 am, which included the time it took to survey the problem, drag out the tool he wanted to use, use the tool, load the tool, and leave.

He ran a steel snake down the sink and poured a 1 lb. can of Thrift drain cleaner down the sink and had it working within a few minutes. For this simple job, he charged $373.71, which included a $65 service charge for showing up, $175 for an hour of labor, $85 for using his own tool (the snake) and $45 for the Thrift drain cleaner (which can be bought at Walmart for $11.75).

This man obviously feels he can't make a living unless he royally gouges the customer for every cent he can think of putting onto his worksheet. I would advise anyone who needs a plumber to call any plumbing company except Prince Plumbing.

We had a sudden issue first thing in the morning. After having the city confirm it was not on their end, we called Prince Pluming. The gentleman answered right away and let us know he could be here by 10. He arrived promptly on time. He discovered the issue, walked us through the fix, and had it( and a couple other concerns) handled within 30 - 45 minutes. He explained what he needed to do and the cost. We felt the pricing was very reasonable. The next time we have an issue, we will be calling Prince Plumbing!

I called them to come out & fix a LEAK under my sink. Their trip charge does not apply to any service & we are only 10 minutes away. The guy was at our house for about 15 minutes & charged me $200 just to change a hose. A week later, with my LEAK still present, they came back out at no charge but then wanted to charge to repair the leak because it wasn't what they originally fixed. They never fixed the LEAK! Then the guy was telling me that my husband made things worse by trying to do repairs himself. My husband replaced the valve & I asked the serviceman while he was there how it looked & he confirmed that the valve looked good. What a rip off! 200 bucks for 15 minutes & no repair!

I called this company/guy this morning. Oscar was very helpful and did (and charged) exactly what he said. We had a clog in the sewer pipe outside. He augered it and also showed me some tree roots with a flashlight that are inside the pipe. He fixed the clog and gave me an estimate for fixing the pipe the right way, but told me I have a few months with today's fix (before it clogs again).

Things I especially liked about this guy:
- He came within an hour of me calling him.
- He didn't talk 'down' to me because I'm also not a plumber (or man)
- He took the time to show me, and explain, the problem.
- He asked if he could pull his truck into my yard and didn't just drive in it.
- He did the job fast and thoroughly.
- The price was cheaper than other people I called.
- He suggested I walk into the house and flush the toilets instead of him.

(Personally I creep out when I'm alone with a stranger in my house and I don't like them tracking poopy stuff into the house anyway).
