Based on Yelp reviews, called them to clear out tree root problems causing our main sewer line to be clogged up. Initially asked for an appointment time at 4 pm but was told that was too close to their end of office hours at 5 so my husband stayed home for the job. Took about a hour and everything was cleared out using their machine snake. With tax, came out to $375. I've been fortunate enough to not have needed such an expensive plumbing job until now, so I can't say if that's on par with what else you can find in the area, but for your reference this was what was charged to us. They recommended doing this on a preventative basis, but I don't think I am willing to shell out nearly $400 every year or every other year for this, and I'll probably use an alternative maintenance method for now.

Last night our water heater failed at 11pm. We left a message about it and they called this morning. After a brief discussion about the size and model of the unit and what was wrong, they arrived with a new one, took out the old and installed the new, and were done by 11:30 am. Amazing.

They've helped us in the past with our temperamental furnace, too. Both Toby and Chris Prinaris and the people they work with are courteous, respectful, and so efficient and reliable. They are just terrific.

These guys were great! I called In the am about my clogged tub and they were at my house in the afternoon which is a surprise! Most people you call give you the run around and don't show! They showed up put covers on their shoes (most workers are slobs) fixed the clog, cleaned the tub and asked for a broom and dust pan so they could clean the floor!! I was pleasantly surprised! I would use them again in a heartbeat! The address on Yelp says West Paterson ( I think that might be their office) but these guys came from Upper Montclair, just a FYI. I try and give the local small business owners the business.
