Rick came out to fix our bathroom faucet with a leak and replaced a valve for us. We contacted at 9 pm on Thursday and he was here by 8 am Friday and even offered to come Thursday night. He was professional, on time and did a great job! Much appreciated and would definitely recommend!

Yelp needs to fix the problem, prior messages are gone, unable to contact the plumber we hired last time.

Thankfully repeating the same process, we found Rick, even younger yet very hard working, honest, skillful, experienced, knowledgeable, and caring plumber, he's also quick, smart and very efficient, first one replied to my Yelp request, fixed our dripping tub/shower faucets with reasonable price, on his wife's bday (a Sunday morning), even though I didn't click on the request form as urgent.

He's super up to date on the new products and technology, just a touch of his Popl digital business card wrist band, my iPhone got his contact info instantly, and we are so glad he took the time to recommend Halo 5 filtration to replace our current one, eliminating the dreaded hauling of the water softener salt pellets.

Had a problem with a leak and Tock came out and fixed the problem. He was on time and knew what was needed to fix the issue with no problem.
