Technician came out, looked around and did nothing. We're then told that he charged $150 to just come out. Beyond ridiculous, but we need it fixed. Then the idiot sends a text message saying it will be about $4200. Ok...for what? I have sewage in my yard, you couldn't possibly tell from looking, so what is your plan? Asked for a written estimate. Then...nothing. I would've cancelled the check but they were sure quick to cash it. Absolutely ridiculous. A complete joke, obviously rip off artists. I will make sure that EVERYONE is aware of this. Times are bad enough, and you add salt to the wound.

Had a great experience with Primo. They worked quickly and flawlessly. We had them change a toilet and they purchased one, installed it and left the place clean and tidy. They were very communicative on each step.

Robbed me. Was suppose to fix my sewer connection. Charged me 1500$. The sewer backed up in 2 weeks. He told me to call Rossi Rotor because his jets are not strong enough. Had to pay them 325.00 they sent camara down and the issue was the fitting he installed had a lip in it. Refused to cone back to fix fitting unless I paid him mire money. Why would I pay him again for same issue , why am I paying rossi rotor to unclog a sewer he was suppose to fix. He is very rude , he us unprofessional and he tries to fast talk you and blame his mistakes on issues that are not and have not been a problem . Before he touched the line. BEWARE OF PRIMO PLUMBING.

They did not fixed anything, and tried to charge me again to fix the issue that wasn't fixed! The owner is really rude. Please get somebody else, I'm out almost $1,000. I'm really upset because I didn't have a lot of funds and that's a lot of money. I'm not going to say the exact thing that wasn't fixed because then they might find my address and I'm afraid because of the way the owner was talking to me.
