RAISED RIGHT!!! I will speak to the character of this crew as I had no real plumbing issue to repair and I didn't even get to meet Jordan in person. I listed a free refrigerator online and, as you might know, it was a feeding frenzy. Jordan was not first in line, nor was he even near the top by the time he inquired. While I was waiting for the original 'winners' to arrange pickup, I read thru the other responses. Jordan offered services or advice in exchange/appreciation for the free refrigerator for 'his guys' to have in their new shop. Who does that these days?! Selfless on both counts. Later, when the original deal fell through, I moved on to Jordan. We had a leaky spigot after removing our W/D so I asked if he could bring caps and we'd call it 'even'.

I was not able to be home when he and 'his guys' arrived so my older folks dealt with them - I did watch and listen a little via outdoor camera though :). He capped the spigot and then they professionally, carefully and quickly got the fridge up and down stairs, out and loaded. He then had a sincere conversation with my folks, referring back to my dad respectfully BY NAME, was very gracious and appreciative and rolled off with a great free fridge.

Customer service sucks these days - and 'younger' people slack on the little things that matter in business. I suspect that the quality of their work is equally as important to them. This was a great crew of guys. What a rare find. Please hire these young men for you plumbing needs!!

Our water heater went out and needed replacement! Wife and I contacted Primo and spoke with Jordan! They were able to respond when on a day that Rained and assessed the situation. They gave a us a great quote and in a timely manner, Steven & Charlie responded! They installed a Bradford 40 water heater with new parts and hauling away the old Ream heater! They worked in the rain and complete the job' ! Steven and Charlie explained the work that was serviced and completed! great job on both their parts and they deserve a raise! Very cordial respectful and service oriented! We appreciate their response and highly recommend Primo plumbing.

We always have an excellent experience with Primo Plumbing! Jordan is quick to respond whenever we reach out, taking the time to discuss the issue and action plan before scheduling a technician. Side note: we love that they utilize technology to streamline the communication process. We even receive a notification (including a photo) when the technician is en route.

We had a slow-draining backup affecting the front of our house last year. Gilbert came out and thoroughly inspected all of the plumbing under the house. Even though we discussed the possibility of a long-term solution, there was no pushy salesman quality to any of his assessment (unlike other plumbing companies we've interacted with). There was a lot of buildup in the old pipes, but Gilbert got us back up and running again. He was super pleasant, even providing some tips on how to maintain things until we were ready to take on the bigger project.

We recently decided it was time to address the issue before it got bad again. Jordan came out to provide a fair and reasonable estimate. As usual, he took the time to explain the options and answer all of our questions. No used car salesman vibes, just a knowledgeable and experienced technician. He was able to schedule our job sooner than expected. We had Steven and Charlie this time, and they were great! Like the other members of the Primo team, they were super friendly and respectful. Given the nature of the re-piping project, we were prepared for things to spill over into a second day, but Steven and Charlie completed everything in one! They made sure to thoroughly test the system and clean up after themselves before leaving.

We will continue to use Primo for all of our plumbing needs, they're the best.

We called Primo for a leak under the house. Jordan came out the same day! He was thorough in evaluating the possible reasons for the leak and in the end, he narrowed it down to a faulty wax toilet seal that was leaking water through the floor! He did careful, clean and thorough work. Price was fair and he was a delight to engage with. Professional and personable from start to finish. I told him he's now in my contact list for plumbing going forward!

I knew my garbage disposal needed looking at. I received Primo Plumbing from a neighbor. I looked online and saw that they had good reviews. I called and they came the same day!! Steven was very professional and explained everything that I asked.

I had a new washer installed and upon installation I was informed there was a blockage in the pipes so the washer wouldn't work unless we called a plumber. After a quick search, Primo showed up closest to me. The customer service over the phone was so kind, helpful and polite and they were able to send someone out to help within the hour! Usually when calling a plumber, something isn't working and can be a frustrating experience but I am so happy with the service and results I received from Primo.

Gilbert came out and took care of the problems. I know more about plumbing than I ever knew before. He explained the problem, how to fix it, made recommendations, showed pictures of parts etc from the internet. He was super nice to my 2 year old grandson who wanted to get under the sink with him. Gilbert was awesome. Will definitely use them again when needed.
