We had been told by at least one plumber that our OLD toilet that no longer flushes properly was kaput and should be replaced. The problem was, removing the toilet would mean disturbing & replacing beautiful original old bathroom tile. Ugh. I reached out to my friend Tom @ Primo plumbing & he helped me source a needed part and his very smart son, Jordon came out and VOILA! They fixed my darn toilet! It was a MIRACLE ON MYRTLE AVENUE! I'm really grateful to Primo for having the knowledge to know how to deal with more complex plumbing problems. They saved my lovely 1930 tiled bathroom!

Needed to replace our tired barely functional water heater. Primo showed up on time and removed and replaced the heater the same day. They explained the features of the new heater and included taking away the old one as part of the service. Cost less than I expected. Very professional and highly recommended.

We called Primo Plumbing late on a Saturday and Jordan came right away to help us out. I decided to contact Primo Plumbing after receiving a referral from a friend . I called them and their plumber Jordan answer the phone right away . I explained to him the problem I was having and he said he would be right over to fix the problem . Jordan arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call and he was able to diagnose the problem right away. I needed a new flush value. He also identified another problem with some leaking pipes and fixed that too . He was very professional and his work was of high quality . His pricing also was good as I had called other plumbers who wanted to charge more . I will be using him in the future for all my plumbing needs .
