Steve from Primo Plumbing came out today, on a Saturday, to fix a leak. He also looked my house over for any other problems and fixed them at no charge. Amazing guy....fair, honest, just an all around nice guy. I was surprised at how little he charged me for a Saturday call. If you call him, you won't be sorry.

We used Steven to replace our old water heater and he did a great job. Very responsive, prepared, knowledgeable and pleasant guy. His quote was lower than three other companies for the exact same thing. Very happy that we used Primo Plumbing, even though a water heater is not an exciting purchase. Excellent service from Steven. Very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. We called Primo for a second opinion after our home warranty company rejected our claim for a garbage disposal issue. Steven came out the next day and fixed the issue right away, at $100 less than the quote from the first company from the home warranty. I would absolutely recommend Primo to anyone, and look forward to calling again for future plumbing needs.

I was very pleased with Steve from Primo Plumbing. I determined there was a major water main leak on the line from the street to our house. After turning the water off at the street, I called a few plumbers. One didn't call back, another called back and, before they would come out, needed a separate company to find where the leak was on the pipe (for a cost of $350). Got in touch with Steve and he said he was working another job during the day, but should have time later on to come over and take a look. He called me once and texted me once during the day to keep me updated on his arrival time. Once he arrived, it took him only a short while to determine the most likely spot of the leak, and although it was about an hour before dark, proceeded to dig a hole close to the foundation. He found the leak (which he showed me was actually a blown out fitting) right where he dug down and the water to the house was back on shortly thereafter. His cost was very competitive (a third of what I was setting myself up to have to pay to get this pipe fixed) and I'll agree with the other posters here on Yelp that he was very friendly, honest and knows his profession very well. He'll be my first call for any other plumbing issues.

I had to call Steve late on a Saturday evening after a leak in my basement started pouring water out of a vent. He was recommended highly by my HVAC service man who I had called first, thinking it was from that. Steve came Sunday morning and had diagnosed where the leak came from (fridge water hose cracked under the flooring - NOT what I expected) and had it fixed and everything up and running in a hour. VERY professional and the price was super reasonable - will absolutely use him again if needed. Can't recommend highly enough and I really like using local small business!

I had a busted pipe in the yard and needed immediate assistance. I decided to support my local business, so I called Primo and they came within 3 hours of my call and fixed my issue there and then. They promised not to leave until the issue was resolved. Price was decent and technician was very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend this company!

I was referred to Steve by a work associate. She had stated that she had him do some work for her and she was very pleased. I had a laundry line that had been clogged up for 3 years. I was only able to wash a small to med load or it would overflow. About 7 months ago my upstairs bath stared clogging on a regular basis. It got so bad that it just would not drain no matter what I did. Steve came over and gave me a more than reasonable quote for doing the job. I was already leary of plumbers as Pink Plumber came out last year and ran a snake never unclogged the line and charged me $500. Steve worked for 3 hours on both issues and he did an amazing job. Both lines are clear and working great. I can't tell you how wonderful he was. He was polite, courteous, professional and he made sure to keep your home clean. When he left everything was in order it was like he had never been here. I will highly recommend him to any of my friends, family, and acquaintances for all of their plumbing needs. He's AWESOME! He will be coming back to my home in the future to install a new bathtub. He is my plumber from now on.
