Bob S.Steve, the owner and Master plumber did a job for us. He was to install fixtures and fix a foam in the bathtub that is adjacent to the master shower. He ""fixed"" the problem, while the tile guy had the walls torn out. He had to come back out 2 weeks later, as tub faucet was leaking again. Tile guy had to come out to tear tiles out, so that Steve could fix the leak. He found out, after this third trip, that the water supply was not hooked up properly. My beef is that, as a Master plumber and owner, is that he charged us for all labor for a problem that he should have caught when the walls were down. He has questionable business practices/ethics. Buyer bewre.
