I was in need to have a newly purchased water heater installed and initially decided to have my usual plumbing service to do the installation mind you I've been with them for over 15 years. They came out and did my quote with my purchased water heater for just about 2000 and 4000+ for there tankless version. I decided to browse around and pulled up Mike's Primo Plumbing, I gave him a call and he actually responded fairly quickly and gave me a quote over the phone with the responses I gave him. Mike being local and not a large brick and mortar company quoted me for 1/3 the cost with the tank I had. Gave me all the information I needed and scheduled me within a week. I would highly recommend Primo's Plumbing, Mike gives straight forward answers and has very reasonable prices for his sevice's, I'm very pleased and will not hesitate to have Mike handle all my plumbing concerns.

Mike has done 2 jobs for me. One was to replace my water heater with a new tankless one. The other was to replace 2 faucet sets in my bathroom. Here's what you should know:

1) You can trust him completely. He will tell you what he knows and what he does not. You can leave him in your house alone and know he won't steal or snoop on anything. You can expect him to give you a fair price. You can know that he will tell you the truth.
2) You can expect an excellent job. Mike is a smart person who knows enough to customize his solution to fit your needs. I had several constraints related to my HOA and he was able to tailor my solution to deal with those issues. He will also provide the good, bad and ugly of the options.
3) He is not married to one hot water heater distributer. He installs many brands and can tell you the pros and cons of them as they relate to your situation.

I spent a lot of time educating myself about water heaters and interviewing different plumbers. Because of this, I can feel very confident saying that you will be in good hands if you choose Mike, AKA Primo Plumbing

Primo Plumbing is who you want to use!! Mike was honest forthright. I had a sewage backup and called a ""plumber"". They came out and said they wanted to tear out my driveway to replace the pipe. of course this would cost lots of $$. I had to put a stop to them. That's when I called around and talked to Mike at Primo's. I explained what the first plumber wanted to do. Mike came out right away. He used a camera and found the issue. With a hydro-jet he cleared my line and saved me lots of money!! Mike was great to deal with and the repair time was a fraction of what the other guy wanted to do. Thanks Mike!! I have your number saved to use your services over and over again.

omg! this man saved our lives. i work at a doctors office in chula vista and one of our patients backed into our building which broke the back faucet and caused a huge flood. he came out in less than 10 minutes and started working right away. he did an amazing job and charges a very fair price. we will definitely be saving his # for future plumbing needs.

First let me say finding a reliable, honest knowledgeable PLUMMER is almost impossible. At least that is what I thought until yesterday.
I cane home to a hot water piper that broke and flooded my laundry room. I had no clue what to I was referred to Mike at Primo and I'm so glad. He came he fixed and he also helped me get a company here to help me with the water damage within an hour.
Mike is hardworking and very efficient. I am so impressed and so grateful he was able to get out to us under an hour and will never use another PLUMMER again. If you are looking for emergency or just issues look no further. Primo is the BEST!!!! Thank you so much Mike!!!!
