Irish from Primewest Plumbing did repiping in my house when I remodeled my bathtub into a walk-in shower. He arrived on time, professionally evaluated the scope of work and carefully performed all the necessary actions. He was very polite and positive, no matter how difficult the project was.

All of them showed up on time, in full uniform, with tools and replacement parts on hand, and the job got done right and ahead of schedule. Special thanks to Ryder for getting this completed. We have had an issue with our water, mainly not getting hot water to much of the house, for over two years.

We finally budgeted to have work done and started the process. I had one company come out to quote and for many reasons, they were not the one. I then called Prime West Plumbing and Curtis came out the following day for a free estimate. He was timely in getting me a prices and it was a fair price. I know this job was a big one so knew it would cost a few pretty pennies. ?

We agreed on the work and he scheduled the start date for our whole house Repipe. His crews were all very nice, professional and showed up as promised. The process is never easy with a Repipe but with Prime West it was fast and thorough.

I will call them whenever o have plumbing needs. They respond quickly and do the work as promised. For some reason these days, that is a true quality that is harder to find than I would think.

Both Curtis and Brandon are very knowledgeable about their work and are also happy to answer questions, even ones unrelated to the hired work.

If you need a Repipe or any plumbing work, give them a call. You won't be disappointed!

My kitchen sink clogged up on Christmas. A rooter firm could not fix the problem. So, I asked Brandon at Primewest Plumbing to tackle it. Brandon and the Primewest team have successfully handled several big plumbing problems for us over the years, and we have complete confidence in them. Unclogging this drain proved a real challenge, and Brandon kept at it until he figured out a solution. Top notch and great integrity.

""Complete transparency when it comes to pricing"" I don't think so. Had Primewest Plumbing come out and go over the 3 items in needed repaired. I showed the plumber exactly what needed to be done and he gave me a price. The price seemed a little high but they were there so I said go ahead. After the work was done, which took a third of the time he said it would take, he handed me a bill for almost twice as much. With zero explanation as to why he demanded i pay the amount. I just paid to get them out of my house. I tried several times to contact the office to explain my experience and got ZERO call back. I am sorry but that is NOT how a business should be run. Shame on you Primewest Plumbing!
