Had a plumbing emergency and they are available the same day - which is good. We had toilets clogging and bathtub draining issues in a tenant occupied property. While the plumber fixed the clogging issue - but he didn't fix the drainage issue the same day. Still - he demanded payment of an unusually expensive amount. With that amount, we expected him to come back to fix the bathtub drains the next day - but he gave another expensive quote and refused to come back otherwise. So - instead of trying to figure out how to help - the plumber kept trying to argue and justify why it's ok not to also fix things, and why he needs to charge more. I ended up calling another local plumbing company - who quoted 30% less than them. My bad to have trusted the ""5 stars"" from the previous reviews.

I heard that when you find a good and honest plumber you stick with them pretty much forever. I'm glad I found my plumbers. This private company wasn't my cheapest quote for a large scope project I had going on but I wanted someone professional, high quality work, and experienced. They don't take no shortcuts and ensure their work is extremely ""clean"" and per code. I couldn't be more happy with all their suggestions and the way they communicated throughout my project. If peace of mind is what you seek for any large or small projects ... these are the guys.

The JADU project at our house in San Ramon, CA required extensive plumbing work of laying over 60 feet of pipe from the side of the house and connecting to the main drain in the front of the house and a fair amount of rough plumbing work inside the ADU for a sink, dishwasher and washer unit. Salim and Abdul from Prime Time Plumbing did an extremely thorough job, complying with the code requirements from the sanitary inspector, working through the issues, and getting the job completed on schedule.
