James and his team were great. They have installed my tankless water heater even after having obstacles from not having all of the parts. He was very I formative with scheduling and with all of the service provided.

He also came back after a few months to check on all of the equipment and to flip a pipe for maintenance that was installed backwards. But everything was clean, to include the gas line cutting for the tankless gas water heater and installing the circulating pump.

The value was great and will hope to continue support of prime solutions in the future at great cost.

These guys were incredible and extremely professional. Were able to come out same-day to asses my water heater, and came back the following day to do a repair. From start to finish, these guys were up front, explained everything to me in detail, and were very honest about expectations. Gave it to me straight, and were able to provide me with a quick-fix solution to give a VERY OLD water heater a little more time, before having to purchase a new one. They were friendly, competent, and made the entire process easy. Wore masks the whole time and followed COVID guidelines. Would 100% recommend these guys!!

James and Bruce are very unprofessional. All the work he said he would do, didn't show up in his work. They messed up our pipes and complained when ask could he fix them. Trust me they will take your money and you will be disappointed.

We ran into an issue with water backing up into one of our sinks causing a minor flood in the house at 5:00pm Tuesday afternoon. We googled 24 hour plumber as we are new to this area and luckily we got placed on the line with James from Prime Solutions. The leak was contained for the night so it didn't warrant them coming out that day but James made sure to have someone at the house first thing in the morning. Bruce was our plumber. He was knowledgeable, polite, and answered any and every question I had. Luckily our issue wasn't a ""huge deal"" but it could have been. He also provided me with tips on how to prevent a future mishap like the one we experienced. James then called to ask how the service went and if everything was handled. He also provided different ways for payment which was super convenient. I would definitely recommend Prime Solution 10x over and if we run into an issue in the future, they will definitely be getting our business again. Thank you.
