I used Prime Plumbing in the past, so when I had a plumbing emergency, I called them again. Then again..... then again. I called over a period of nearly two months without receiving a single call back. Very frustrating. Who runs a business like that?!

These guys are great at what they do - hard to get ahold of yes, because they're among very few professional plumbers on the island so very busy. Once they've made contact and begun work they always pick up, and are prompt to finish work and keep communicating.

Dorsey and his team do great work and are super easy to work with. Yes, also hard to get a hold of... but as they say on the island, ""that's Vashon."" The good ones are always busy.

I would rate them lower but one is as low as this software will allow. I called seeking assistance with a toilet issues. First off their message says they are very busy and can't promise to even return you call. However they did call and promised to stop by and order a toilet and install it. After a week I called back to inquire if they really were coming and I never heard another word. Busy or not this is not the way to run a business.
