i was forced to use this company from AHS, home insurance. what a mess. the plumber who was only on the job for 3 weeks would not cut a access hole in the ceiling because he had to get approval from his supervisor which said NO. so he left and asked me to cut hole. Wilfred is his name. i then called a real plumber who cut the whole and diagnosed the problem. this company never answers calls, DO NOT USE! demand you get it transferred i did

Editing this review to reflect the entire situation as it unfolds.

First, Christina who answers the phone is nasty. I understand it might not be the easiest job, but you are in customer service, so try and pretend you like people.

Second, while the plumber was clean and courteous, he installed the shower handle incorrectly, over charged my warranty company (and thus forces me to pay out of pocket) and left a mess. Pretty much he lied to my warranty company. He told me it was hard water that did the damage (covered) but told my warranty company that my pipes froze (I live in LA) which isn't covered. Hence the out of pocket charge.

Finally, as I await for the return of the plumber to finish the job (at no cost as per my warranty company, so let's see about that) he is over 30 minutes late. Can't wait to see what's in store for me today.

I would advise you look elsewhere for a plumber. These guys, like most sun contractors take advantage of home owners. Avoid these people at ALL COSTS. Because it will cost you.

This is the 2nd time the warranty company sent this company to my home to clear a stoppage in my shower. Both times, they never called to confirm the appt. I've called them numerous times and only get a voicemail. Once when they picked up the phone, the man was rude and said if the time is noon to 4 p.m., I should not be calling them at 3:45 to see where the technician is. This is the 2nd day I've cancelled work and all other plans and been sitting at home from noon - 4 p.m. It is now 4 p.m and again no show, no call. I never want to hear their name again & have instructed the warranty company to never send them to me again. Very unprofessional and rude!

Juan and his crew are excellent and professional. His two men set a toilet, ran a hydro-jet on multiple drains on a 1/3 of an acre property and capped two old gas lines. The work took many hours and was complicated by the fact that the property had not been maintained for years. Juan honored the very reasonable price that he quoted me, even though the work took much longer than we all expected. I feel so grateful to have all of this work done in one visit. More importantly everything was done perfectly. A great company, very honest and decent and very hard working men.
