RUNNNNNN like your life depends on it!!! Assigned to me by American Home Shield for a water heater replacement and not only were my out of pocket unnecessary costs were going to be $600, the girl that called to schedule was rude and unprofessional. They offered to replace my water heater ONE WEEK LATER!!!!!! Unacceptable especially when it's in the 20s outside and my 89 year old grandma needs her warm shower!!They had ZERO sense of urgency for our water heater replacement! We opted for the cash payout option and ended up saving $300!!!!!

SCAM ALERT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Like many of the other reviews, this was through American Home Shield, and I might have well thrown my money in the garbage. After reading the other reviews, I can't believe Drew still works for this company (maybe he is the owner?). When I arrived, he had been at the tenants apartment for about 3 minutes. He was walking out of the apartment, and before I could even say anything, he was literally screaming at me, in an extremely confrontational and aggressive manor. Yelling at me that the the issue plumbing issue was put in wrong on the phone (Bull shit, because we spent an hour on the phone getting it perfect with AHS). Im 6' tall, 200 lbs. and can handle myself, and I still was taken aback. If he acted like that to my girlfriend, I would be calling the police. I shouldn't have to be shaking from stress and anxiety from meeting with a plumber to fix a small sink leak! a small drip. THATS NOT EVEN THE WORST PART..... In addition, to about the most unprofessional behavior I have ever encountered in my 15 year Real Estate Management career, Drew proceeded (in 2 different apartments, with 2 different issues), to find a way to ensure that the repairs would not be covered by American Home Shield. He made up reasons why there was no coverage. Then he left (about 5 minutes after he showed up). I was left with 2 different tenants, with 2 broken sinks, with No repairs made, No estimates, No explanation of what was covered and what was not covered. NOTHING. After that, I did not get any phone call from AHS about coverage or Prime plumbing. I had to spend hours of time on the phone, finding out nothing was covered, and there was no estimate on the repair. Surprise, the plumber did not call AHS to tell them what was going on, or to give an estimate of """"non-covered' servcies like they are supposed to. So now it's about a month later, and still no repairs are made. I finally had to call a private plumber, and pay out of pocket, and of course, the problem was not even what he said. If American Home Shield assigns this company to you, you should either call AHS up and change companies before an appointment is set, or have a campfire in your yard, invite all your friends, and set your money on Fire. At least you will get some warmth and some good time with friends.

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had! The representatives that came out under my home warranty and they could not have been MORE UNPROFESSIONAL. During Covid they were not wearing a mask and when it came time to do the work, they wanted to get out of here as quickly as possible. When it was discovered that it wasn't working, they refused to give me the pump so that it could be replaced under the warranty. Rude, Condensceing and I have never soon two people move as fast as they could to get out and onto their next service call with the home warranty company. I ended up having to call ANOTHER Company that had prompt service, was customer focused and courteous.

Not happy with my experience with this company. They came out on behalf of AHS warranty company to fix my faucets. On the initial service call the company (Prime Plumbing) told us to purchase a new kitchen faucet and they would install it. The faucet had a soap dispenser attached. A technician installed it on a follow up call but did not test that everything was functioning. We checked it after he left and the dispenser was not working. Upon calling back the company to have someone come back and look at it I was informed they would not cover their installation work due to some technicality on the original work order. It is my expectation that the company would 1) verify that what they install works before the leave a customer's house; and 2) if there is an issue with the installation they would return and resolve it. This was easily fixable and a choice by Prime to not resolve a customer issue. Based on this negative experience I am cancelling my use of AHS and it's providers in the future.

We were connected to Prime Plumbing by HSA Home Warranty so we didn't have much of a choice. I certainly would not choose them and I recommend others think very carefully before hiring their services. We had a water main break between the meter (at the street) and the main entry point to the house. After troubleshooting the issue correctly the first day it took them over six weeks to get back out to the property. They felt that a temporary line from the meter, laying on top of the yard running to the side of the house was a sufficient solution so they didn't have to finish the work in a timely manner. They dropped off a backhoe and left it in front of the house without doing any work, which the HOA was not happy about, and it still took them a week to get back and fix the issue. There were periods of rain but they had ample time to make the repairs in between wet periods. They have a 100% warranty on their work, which is what they were working under after their initial fix wasn't sufficient, but it ISN'T WORTH ANYTHING if it takes over 6 WEEKS to get something fixed! The office staff who answer phones are inept and blame everything on the """"scheduler"""" and promise to return calls, but don't. BOTTOM LINE: If you can, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you have a Home Warranty policy and the policy company sets up an appointment for you with this company, request another company, ANY COMPANY!

Ok two gentlemen just left my home. They were sent by the warranty company AHS. Very professional and knowledgeable. I decided to google the reviews on the company and I didn't pick up on what I'm reading. Of course they quickly cleared a clogged drain but a bigger job is coming and I'll have more experience with them. But I get friendly and knowledgeable from my meeting today. I'll update again if that changes but I don't expect it to.

My garbage disposal, though working, started leaking water. American Home Shield sent Prime Plumbing to check it out. The technician told me it was a broken seal and he'd need to get approval from HSA Home Warranty to replace the unit. He found a chicken bone in the unit and in passing, told me that despite the name, garbage disposals shouldn't be used for anything harder than processed food. No problem. Then I get notified by HSA they've denied our claim because of a """"Foreign object"""" in the disposal. What does the bone have to do with the leaking seal? HSA said the technician made no mention of a seal in their report. This sounded suspicious, so I immediately googled Prime Plumbing to see their reviews, and landed here. Now I know. I'm not going to let American Home Shield/HSA send these folks to me again.

Wonderful service, they were early and provided exceptional service. Technician had a mask and shoe covers on upon arrival. I recommend Prime Plumbing to anyone.

This company is a joke. American Home Shield is the same. Need a new water heater (covered by AHS). But somehow, all these added fees and parts equaling over $2000 out of pocket. Lazy POS's. Had another company come out for a free estimate, parts and labor quoted at $1400. DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY

Wow I didn't read the reviews and now am paying dearly for it. I have had no hot water for a week and a half. When the plumber first came out and diagnosed the problem he said he can have the parts in a day or two. After a week of not hearing from the company I called and they had no idea what I was talking about. Huh??? I've been out of hot water for an entire week and that's your response!! The rep then proceeds to tell me that I need to call my warranty company and get the part mailed to me. Why would you just now tell me that and I've been waiting a week already. Called my warranty company and they told me they don't do that and sell they sell their parts in stores. What????? My hot water could've been fixed. Called AHS because I was done communicating with the plumbing company and was two seconds from driving up to their office. AHS gave them my info and still no update. Called the plumbing company the next day and they lied and said no we can't find the parts. Disgusting DISGUSTING place. DON'T DO IT PEOPLE. They need to lose their contract and not be able to pay their heat bill and live with no hot water and see how it feels.
