My garbage disposal, though working, started leaking water. American Home Shield sent Prime Plumbing to check it out. The technician told me it was a broken seal and he'd need to get approval from HSA Home Warranty to replace the unit. He found a chicken bone in the unit and in passing, told me that despite the name, garbage disposals shouldn't be used for anything harder than processed food. No problem. Then I get notified by HSA they've denied our claim because of a """"Foreign object"""" in the disposal. What does the bone have to do with the leaking seal? HSA said the technician made no mention of a seal in their report. This sounded suspicious, so I immediately googled Prime Plumbing to see their reviews, and landed here. Now I know. I'm not going to let American Home Shield/HSA send these folks to me again.

Wonderful service, they were early and provided exceptional service. Technician had a mask and shoe covers on upon arrival. I recommend Prime Plumbing to anyone.

This company is a joke. American Home Shield is the same. Need a new water heater (covered by AHS). But somehow, all these added fees and parts equaling over $2000 out of pocket. Lazy POS's. Had another company come out for a free estimate, parts and labor quoted at $1400. DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY

Wow I didn't read the reviews and now am paying dearly for it. I have had no hot water for a week and a half. When the plumber first came out and diagnosed the problem he said he can have the parts in a day or two. After a week of not hearing from the company I called and they had no idea what I was talking about. Huh??? I've been out of hot water for an entire week and that's your response!! The rep then proceeds to tell me that I need to call my warranty company and get the part mailed to me. Why would you just now tell me that and I've been waiting a week already. Called my warranty company and they told me they don't do that and sell they sell their parts in stores. What????? My hot water could've been fixed. Called AHS because I was done communicating with the plumbing company and was two seconds from driving up to their office. AHS gave them my info and still no update. Called the plumbing company the next day and they lied and said no we can't find the parts. Disgusting DISGUSTING place. DON'T DO IT PEOPLE. They need to lose their contract and not be able to pay their heat bill and live with no hot water and see how it feels.

Is it possible to give them zero stars? Wish I could! Sent by the home warranty company to fix a hose on my kitchen faucet. Been three months and they are saying they can't do it due to backorder of the part which I was able to find within 5 min online. Furthermore pretty sure they misdiagnosed another problem with a leaking pipe on my home. They said it was due to water pressure which makes zero sense based on opinion of another plumber. During both visits, it seemed as if their goal was to get in and out as quickly as possible while collecting the $75 fee. DO NOT HIRE THEM

Andrew from Prime Plumbing Service was excellent. He arrived during the time frame he was scheduled, came in and investigated my issue and was able to resolve my issue in 20 minutes. Professional and Knowledgeable is what I expect. I would recommend him and Prime Plumbing

I agree that this company is fucking joke and then some I was routed to Prime plumbing by my home warranty company 3 days ago when I confirmed my appt for today I called back to their office and advise to rep I stated to the person Can you please make sure the tech has a replacement item with him just in case my garbage disposal is not repaired and needs a replacement ,someone tell me why the fuck would this company allow a tech to drive way out to Powder Springs and not have a replacement with him especially I specifically asked the company to make sure it and the fact that I waited home all day waiting 2-5 hrs.' for nothing to be done this some BULLSHIT

Agree with other reviews here that this business is a complete joke. They were sent out by the home warranty company and made no effort to fix my broken garbage disposal. The tech left saying it was broken and he would be back soon to replace it. After a week went by and I didn't hear anything I called them and they acted like they had no clue what I was talking about. They then admitted it was broken but said they couldn't replace it because it """"looked like it should work."""" Bottom line is they are hustling the home warranty company to make some quick cash and not do any actual repairs.

Prime was sent to our home via home warranty company. After two months a simple issue is still not resolved. Different person every time you call, and they never follow up as promised. When asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that it wasn't an option. Terrible customer service from the technician to the reps who answer the phone. On the phone now to get my home warranty company to send another vendor.
