Today the refrigerator people came out and and professionally moved my refrigerator and determined that indeed prime plumbing has not made sure the water supply was coming to the frig.

We were sent to Prime Plumbing through our home warranty company when the tee to our expansion tank was leaking in November. The leak was repaired only for us to wake up less than 30 days later to a flooded basement and a couple thousand dollars worth of damage to finished part of the basement. I recalled, after escalation the technician arrived, said he was going to Home Depot and never returned, It is now four days later and I have had to rip out carpet downstairs, bypass the leaking tee and still only arguing from Prime Plumbing. Someone finally came today. The plumbing is repaired they were extremely rude to the point of again telling me they had pictures, not their problem, he would report my concerns to the owner, but don't expect a call back and finally that hot water was a luxury and not a necessity. That was directed at my husband since he had bypassed the bad connection so we would have water after the first 48 hrs. I have asked American Home Shield to contact me about concerns with being directed to this vendor for other customers based on my experience and others that have been posted by customers.

Completely unprofessional service. I had a scheduled appointment that I sat around all day waiting for the contractor to come out. At the end of the day someone calls to reschedule my appointment at the last minute without any consideration for my schedule or the time I had already waisted waiting around all day. To add insult to injury the customer service rep on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I definitely do not recommend this company!

My home warranty assigned this company to come out and fix a leaking hot water heater. They promptly showed up to confirm the leak within a couple hours. The tech left without any indication of when he would return or when the problem would be resolved. I called numerous times looking for a status update and kept getting the run around. Finally after two business days the plumber submitted his paperwork only to find out that somehow a simple water heater replacement was going to cost $600 more than what the home warranty would cover. then they told me that my issue was not an emergency so they could not be bothered to come finish the job for another week. I detected a scam. I called a different plumber and got the whole job taken care of in one day for a fraction of the cost. This company is unprofessional at best and I would suspect potentially unethical. I believe that they try and bait and switch un-necessary work to home warranty customers.

The worst service experience. They were used to service my household through my home warranty company. I waited 6 days for service. Numerous phone calls. Sometimes on hold for 15 minutes or more. They wanted to charge me 265.00 to remove my toilet. When I called back to inform them my husband had removed the toilet and all we needed was a snake. I was told they would call me back. I'm still waiting...........Horrible, unprofessional.

While I was concerned after seeing some of the reviews when AHS assigned Prime for a plumbing issue, we were very pleased with the service. Prime called by 9 AM to schedule for a 1 to 3 PM window, and we were without water so we were very appreciative. The tech arrived at 1:20. He was very pleasant and he had replaced the malfunctioning pressure regulator 1:45. Very satisfied.

They were sent out 7/1/19 by HSA to fix a problem with our water heater, and said they needed to file with HSA, order parts come back later. He said HSA would call us back, but we never heard from them, and when I called HSA they had no paperwork from him on the visit. Now his voicemail is full, the main line is """"temporarily unavailable"""", and email bounces back. It looks like this isn't the first time they have dropped the ball on customer service! Hopefully they will resolve the issue, I'll update if they do. ** update - 7/4/19 - this company marked our repair as complete and closed the ticket with HSA, when they didn't fix anything at all, and we have no way of contacting them as the phone is still """"temporarily unavailable"""". Do not do business with this company!

This was the worst service ever. The technician who came out Drew was very rude. got his shoe covers wet in my shower and when he came out my wife asked him to remove them he snatch them off with an attitude. he told me he could not address the smells in my shower drain and that I would need home remedies. If this is the last plumber on Earth, do not call them, YouTube your problem and do it yourself.

I had to use this company also because they were in the American Home Shield Warranty Network. A person name Chris came out and didn't fix the problem which was right in his face (at the meter box a wire) and he was very rude and even lied on his work order about the whole situation. Just maybe if he put his attitude in check he can make customers happy but I doubt if that will happen. He even started raising his voice in my HOME. Called and spoke with the office supervisor, so she claimed she was, did not even say she apologize for his rude behavior or anything. As someone stated this company really is a joke. I will never use this company again. People please post to the better business bureau about these companies!!!
