Avoid this company!! Terrible communication, poor service, and they will try to rip you off! This place was assigned by my home warranty company for a plumbing job in a condo. It took them 11 days to provide an absurdly inflated quote (several thousand $$ for something uncomplicated). I went out for more quotes. Bottom line, the job was completed by another company for a fraction of their estimate (about an eighth their quoted price). I'm not sure why their quote was substantially higher, but my impression was they were trying to rip me off. I will never use this company in the future and do not recommend them to anyone. -- Update -- After posting this review I received an angry phone call and text threatening litigation from this company's owner (instead of trying to calmly discuss and learn from this situation). I must've struck a nerve by posting an honest review of my encounter.

I am currently located in Texas and my grandparents needed their garbage disposal. Looked at in Freeport Florida. I happen to get on Google and find this company not only were they very polite, but they were also very quick to respond and had my grandparents up and running again I would recommend, this company to anyone who is needing any kind of plumbing service

I was sent this company through my home warranty to fix a simple toilet leak. They sent out a technician called Josh, who was literally here for about 10 minutes. When he left, I discovered that I still had the leak. I went through my warranty and had them come back, they sent Josh out again. I was very specific about where the water was coming from. It was coming from out from under the bottom of the toilet between the bottom of the toilet and the floor. This seems like something that even a semi knowledgeable Plumber should know. Josh again was at my house for about 10 minutes. and surprise the leak is still here. While Josh was here, he told me that if there was a problem that I should call back in to the company not to my warranty and they would come right out and fix it. So I did that and I spoke to a very rude person on the phone who said no that they could not schedule an appointment that I would have to go back through my warranty. Unfortunately, I've been really busy and I went over 30 days so I called them back today after discovering that no I was not supposed to go back through my warranty. I was supposed to call them to schedule and was told I was over the 30 days and would have to do a new request. Which is causing a new $125. Poor customer service. Service technicians, lacking, and knowledge would not use again.

We were having some old faucets replaced do to leaking, and Prime plumbing came out and had to reschedule one of the replacements because of needing another part. The day they were scheduled, we were notified they were on the way. After about 3 hours they never showed, so I called and apparently there was an emergency call, and we were scheduled another crew to come out later that day. knowing we had been rescheduled the tech, Josh, called and said he was still in Pensacola, but as soon as he was done he would be on the way to our rental in Niceville, over 60 miles away. At 6, Josh called and said there had been a problem with the job he was working on, and he would be more than willing to come out after he wrapped up on this job, or he could come out at a more convenient time the next morning. Since he sounded so exhausted and it was not an emergency, I just told him to put us on the schedule for the following morning. I know rescheduling is a pain for everyone, not just the customers, but the service provider as well. I honestly have not had a service tech been this helpful. Calling me directly, and even though he obviously had a day that had not go smoothly, still offering to come take care of a simple swap out...Josh could have very easily called his office staff before they left and had them reschedule me, but he took the initiative to speak to me himself. THANK YOU JOSH FOR TRYING SO HARD TO GET US TAKEN CARE OF! Absolute customer service SUPERSTAR. I recommend Prime Plumbing 100%.

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Prime Plumbing, particularly in my interactions with an employee named Haley. My experience has been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share the details. Firstly, I found the communication to be incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. During my recent conversation with Haley on April 30th, I felt I was met with hostility and assumptions. My inquiries about the status of my service request and whether the technician could perform a diagnostic on my equipment were met with unwarranted accusations. It was insinuated that I was trying to exploit the situation for a free replacement, which is completely untrue and offensive. I have been a loyal customer with AHS for seven years, always adhering to their guidelines and never encountering issues until now. Since February 21st, I have been without consistent hot water, and despite numerous calls and follow-ups, the problem remains unresolved. The reluctance to perform a thorough diagnostic on my Rannai unit and the dismissive attitude towards my concerns about a loud hissing noise from the unit were particularly troubling. Additionally, the service delays have resulted in my warranty expiring, yet my initial service request was made well before this period lapsed. This delay is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the efficiency and responsiveness of Prime Plumbing. In light of these experiences, I decided to cancel my appointment and will be seeking assistance from a more professional and customer-oriented service provider. I expected better treatment and a more proactive approach to resolving the issues with my Rannai unit. Overall, my experience with Prime Plumbing has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend their services. I hope they address these issues to prevent other customers from going through similar frustrations.

Company is a great fit for our family, they always give me services when I need them for a good service.

Went through AHS for a clogged drain. I told them that the previous owners left a broken sewer snake in the drain line and now it's backing up. The technician ran a camera up the drain and verified this. He said he would get back to me. Which didn't happen. I finally got a quote from them for 3400 dollars. They were going to rip up my floor to remove the snake. Never once did they try to extract it. I told them no way. I spent 35 bucks on a flat snake and cleared it myself. Would not recommend them.
