Being new to the area, my Innovate Home Warranty recommended Prime Plumbing. Travis came out to install a new bathroom faucet and look at my tub shower. Water pressure was a concern. Travis was very professional and answered all my questions. I would have Prime Plumbing do any of my future plumbing needs.

Tenant called them out to troubleshoot no hot water. Technician verified elements were good, but said tank needed replacing at approximately $1800. Tank not leaking. Only really needed upper thermostat replace due to weak hi-limit tripping.

Just want to run a scam to rip elderly people off!

What started as an investigation into a flooded basement became a two day odyssey into the ways old drain systems are installed. Travis showed up late in the day on our emergency call and worked his tail off trying to locate the source of the blockage in our drain. When it became clear that he did not have the necessary equipment with him, he called for help and apologetically left for the evening, promising to return the next day with bigger equipment and help. Sure enough, Don showed up with Travis the very next day with some mondo snake stuff and a bigger camera. It still took some time, but we eventually discovered that our house's sewer line was connected to the neighbor's line. Fortunately the blockage was nearer to our house or the neighbor would be dealing with a flooded basement as well. Once the blockage was discovered it was short work to remove it and end up with everything flowing smoothly. Travis and Don were engaging, fun, and professional. While I hope to never need their services again I sure am glad to have met these guys.

Had Guy out to install two items that we had purchased from a Plumbing Store and then decided we did not want to install ourselves. I know some companies won't even do this. Prime Plumbing had no problem with it.

Guy was here for a few hours and did another wonderful, perfect job. Left everything clean and tidy and made sure the bidet and the new faucet were working as they should. He is so thorough and so careful and even removes all the debris that came with the items that was not his problem.

the price was very reasonable, even my husband had no problem with the pricing and he tends to be frugal.

All in all this is a great company and we love Guy.

We had a horrible odor from our well and I had out several other plumbers who gave me different information and many different prices. I spoke to a neighbor and he highly recommended Guy from Prime plumbing so I called and made an appointment. I had 4-5 issues in our new house and guy was able to fix them all and the best is that my water no longer smells and I can enjoy a long bath! This company returns calls and emails promptly and Guy takes his time to explain everything and he does the estimate as well as the plumbing as he is a plumber so much better than having a salesperson try to sell you somethng and not realizing that it may not work in your house. Thanks Prime plumbing and Guy - REALLY appreciate all you did to help us!

We are so pleased with Prime Plumbing. They put in a new gas line for our new kitchen oven, had it inspected and handled the permit with City. They even came out to troubleshoot the poor oven install by the Big Box store and made sure we were safe and happy. Above and beyond- excellent customer service- will use them for ALL our plumbing needs!

We recently moved to a new house and noticed how hard our water was. Our skin and hair felt dry, and we noticed a build up on the shower door and dishes.
I researched and was told to look into water softener for the house. As everything is booming here in the Boise area, I left several messages and couldn't get an appt for a couple weeks. I asked my neighbor, a builder, who to call, and he said Prime Plumbing. I called on Tuesday and on Wednesday a technician was at our house! And, what a great technician! Guy Dunne was knowledgeable, friendly, informative and efficient! He explained the changes we would notice and what to use less of. Etc.

We needed help a few years back. We called Prime Plumbing and Oh Boy was that the right choice. Ponciano was very knowledgeable and Professional.

We thought of him when we needed more to be done. He came that same day and educated us on what we could do to improve what we requested.
There isnt anyone else that we feel that has Ponciano's work ethics. These days that is very hard to come by. Trust and Service matter.

We are also now interested in the water filter systems that Prime stands behind.

If you are like me looking for a plumber that has high standards and doesn't lower the bar then look no further then Ponciano.
