Nate replaced two gas valves for me. He is a true professional. He was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the task at hand and the charge was very reasonable. He arrived on time, (though I did not). I would not hesitate to call Nate again in the future - two thumbs up!

Prime Plumbing and Heating because I worked as a board member as VP at an apartment complex for 3 plus years...I contacted him a couple times...he always sent some other person out to show up...or NOT show up.
I recently had a plumbing leak that needing fixing and thought I would give him another chance. I explained in the message that I wanted to not only fix the leak but spend a bit more $ to replace the recurring old outdated pipes. Contacted him yesterday 6/25/2018..which is effecting not only my tenant but the tenant below. I explained this in my telephone message to him. Have not heard back...Never heard back from him the last time I called for a plumbing issue either...lol. Very Unreliable. I Do Not Recommend Him.

I have used Prime Plumbing for a number of years. They are the only professionals I call when I need help with plumbing or to refer people who have issues. Nate the owner is very knowledgeable, friendly and very professional every time he does a job for me. I have never had to wait more than a couple of hours for him to get to my house and finish with the job. Communicates very well about the reasons and explains all the work he does before doing it. He even came out on a holiday, in the snow, after hours without charging me extra because my kids and I didn't have heat, he waived the after hours cost and only charged me for parts, which was no profit to the company and fixed the problem. Anyone that is not using this company for their plumbing needs are truly missing out on a great experience. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help in plumbing, and anyone who wants an honest company who isn't just out to take your money. Kudos Prime Plumbing and Heating!

PRIME PLUMBING is my go to! As a realtor its hard to find a dependable company that can do the job quickly and professionally (licensed and insured). I called Nathan, and he made it out the next morning then got the job done in two days. They're super reliable, great prices and will definitely be referring to everyone I know!

Landlords beware. Quoted between $350 - $400 to replace kitchen faucet to my property management company. Called them to get an itemize bill and their answer was it was an flat rate. Unacceptable.
