I called a previous plumber I had used but never had a call back and never talked to a real person. When I called Prime Plumbing, I was connected to a live person who took by information professionally and had an appointment set up within a few days. My issues were complex due to some older plumbing, but they managed to complete the tasks promptly and with good humor. Each of the gentlemen who came out were very knowledgeable and friendly. Zach in particular was wonderful. I will be calling on them again for sure.

Absolute blatant lie, I have cameras at my home showing time tec arrived and departed just under 45 minutes,would be happy to have you view footage. So someone at your company is not been honest (Shocker) and I don't believe it is your tec. Two toilet repair kits were replaced at a cost of $542.00. Have reported to BBB.

John Cintron with Prime Plumbing is the man! Needed to get a gas line for our new stove & water line for our fridge. He had to work around some guys installing tile but did a fantastic job. This work is expensive but the quality is great - don't to forget to ask about the military discount - saved us a bunch! Highly recommend.

Beware. This company is a RIP off. Charged 400 bucks to unscrew a bathtub faucet, clean it and put it back in place. Then we ordered a new water filter system to be mounted on the garage wall. They came to do the job and brought a replacement filter for the system we already have They were going to charge another 400 for an 80 dollar filter that we could get and install ourselves

Called and the gentleman was very professional and able to help guide me to turn the water off to my house. the next day the plumber arrived on time and repaired the leak. Thank you very much Prime for saving the night! Will use again

I had a very bad experience with Prime Plumbing. A job that should have taken a day or two at the most took a week. The plumber brought the wrong hot water heater, didn't complete the job, left a mess and charged much more than the verbal quote. The plumber refused to give me an itemized estimate or bill. I didn't even get a receipt for payment. He said he needed 50% down so I paid him $1,700 as requested to start the job. The final payment was $2826.42 which was $1,126.42 (33%) more than the quote and he didn't even replace the tub drain or the kitchen faucet. BEWARE!!

BEWARE They padded my bill and refused to negotiate the charges threatening me with legal action. I called having water damage in my home. The technician, not plumber, spent 3+ hours, trying to diagnose the problem which was apparent after the first hour - I needed leak detection services. He spent hours running around my house, yard and roof and writing up a lengthy report of little merit. I asked the technician if he was certified or licensed. He said he started working after high school - that's all. I lost faith in his ability to diagnose or fix my problem and did not follow through on his recommendation to break through my house slab to detect a leak or leaks unknown?? Additionally, he was going to charge up to $500 to install a pressure reducing valve before any work could be guaranteed, something my water utilities company does for free and I had done. I called an independent leak detection company and in an hour the leak area was detected above the slab. This company may be ok for small plumbing issues but don't call them for anything you need a real plumber for!

Would never recommend this company! Sorry I even have to select a star. My 86-yr. old mother received a ridiculous estimate to remove and replace a kitchen sink. I decided to shop around for her and found a competitor who did an excellent job and at a third of the cost of Prime Plumbing. In the meantime, Prime Plumbing got their $59 estimate fee from my Mom. What a rip-off!
