Great service from a dependable company that doesn't rip-off customers. Tech Brandon fixed our issue in a timely and professional manner and didn't overcharge at all. Our issue is fixed and fixed right. Most other companies don't always answer the phone, especially on weekends but Prime picked up and Wayne in the office was able to schedule for later in the day, even on the weekend. Now I know who to call when we have any plumbing issues again!

I have read a fair number of reviews about the Company so today when I had an issue I figured I'd give them a try. I needed what I thought was a wax ring replacement on a toilet. Normally I just do this stuff myself but my spouse is pretty ill so I figured I'd just pay to have it done. First and foremost I don't get the $59 fee just to show up especially when that fee is not rolled into the job, But today a lot of tradesman are doing that but I still don't get it. Being a businessman myself I have to quote work I do and have never required a fee just for me to take a look at the job. But the fee was disclosed when I made the appt although the fact that it is not rolled into the job was not mentioned. The original quote for the replacement of the wax ring was approx $305 which I thought was a little steep. (that included the $59 fee) Since materials for a job like this is approx $10 I'm paying about $300 for what should be an hour of work at most. I understand overhead and all that but that is a little high. BUT then it was discovered that the flange on the toilet was broken so it too had to be replaced. So now I'm expecting to get really jacked on this job since the replacement of the flange is much more time intensive. But it added only about $30 more to the total job price. Puzzling. Nick was the serviceman and he did a good job. He takes some extra steps that I think others might shortcut and he takes the time to explain what he's doing which I like. When looking at the overall job the price of $338 was agreeable since it was much more involved than just a wax ring. I caution prospective customers that they do charge an extra 3% if you want to use a credit card. Once upon a time that was against merchant agreements but, again, others do it although I think it is shortsighted. I teetered between 3 and 4 stars on this review. They were at my house in less than an hour after I called and did a good job. I have some issues with pricing but in the end I thought it ended up being fair. Dispatch and credit card fees are not my cup of tea. So overall I was pleased although for small plumbing jobs there might be more reasonably priced options.

I'm very glad I called Prime Plumbing today. Last night, I dropped my ring down the bathroom sink so I contacted them at 8AM this morning to ask if anyone could come over to Sorrento and retrieve it for me, anytime today but preferably ASAP. The man on the phone said that someone was available and could be there in half an hour, and was upfront about the dispatch fee ($59) before asking for any of my information. I thought it was very respectable. I've never hired a plumber for anything myself, and after reading some other Yelp reviews for plumbers in the area, I was expecting to (1) wait an extra 2 hours on top of the time frame given, and (2) be overcharged. I am so beyond pleased with Prime Plumbing. Two men showed up about 20 minutes (!) after I hung up the phone. The job itself only took about 5 minutes, and the man was very friendly and even checked for leaks. The price was VERY reasonable. I see some negative reviews for this business, and I can't speak for those experiences, but my experience today was outstanding and I would highly suggest this business.

I have used PRIME PLUMBING before for some work at my house they installed a new water heater. The techs that came out to the house were very nice and explained how the new heater would work. I will always recommend the guys over at PRIME to everyone i know. They will be your forever plumber

So far I just called for an estimate on our plumbing issue. The person I spoke with was actually the owner of the business. He was super nice and helpful. He listened to every word I had to say. I will edit this review further after they come out and provide our final bill and service to us. **updated** The guys came out and did a fantastic job! They were there for about an hour and took their time to do it appropriately without rushing the job. They made sure to stay around and wait for the glue to dry before turning the water back on. When the job was complete they tested the water line for pressure and checked for any other leaks. It was a job well done! Highly satisfied and if we should need a job done in the future, we will definitely call them back!

Made an appointment for these folks to come out and replace a faucet in a garden tub. In discussing it with the two gentlemen that came out, it was decided that we would explore greater tile replacement (as they would have to replace tiles to repair the faucet). Very cordial and professional at the time - was told """"will have you an estimate by the end of the day"""". Three days go by so we called. We were told """"we apologize, just waiting on our tile guy"""" or something along those lines. Fast forward two weeks and nothing. I called and left a message (paraphrasing) """"if you all want this work please call us back"""". Not a peep. They had three phone numbers, two email addresses and our physical address which is local. Bottom line - I am sure the owner / manager has no idea this happened, but I am fairly certain this isn't how you want your business to be seen. Maybe others will have better luck.

Austin was great - he replaced my disposal, was knowledgeable, and had everything he needed with him. He also came during the quoted time window. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is I thought that the price was a bit high, but the work was good. I will call again if I need help.

Moving into the area a year ago, we were dependent on recommendations from others for reliable service providers. Prime did an excellent job with large and small plumbing jobs that were needed before we could move into our home. Service was excellent, products were of high quality, and plumbing skills went above and beyond expectations. All together, leaky stacks in the basement were repaired, toilets were replaced, sinks and showers were repaired, and upgrades of fixtures were completed in a timely, competent manner. While repairing the sink, the plumber noticed a piece that was not yet broken, but would probably need attention a year or two down the line, so the part was replaced just to prevent future problems. We are looking forward to working with them again!

I had them out to fix a small under the sink problem. They left my kitchen a mess. They left the old pipe they replaced in the middle of the yard and left dirty rags all over the kitchen. Then they had the nerve to charge me almost $600. for their shoddy work.NEVER AGAIN. BEWARE

We had a sub slab pinhole water leak that caused damage to our guest bathroom and carpet. It caused us to have to turn off our water for almost 24 hours. Plummer Kevin Hill from Prime Plumbing Inc. worked on the problem and within 5 hours had the leak found, slab opened, hole located and pipe fixed. In addition he cleaned up the mess he made, filled and cemented the hole in the slab. He was efficient, fast and friendly. Made a very taxing problem go away all the while calming our fears.
