Dana is awesome. I had a fairly simple repair needed on my washing machine supply valve. While most plumbers were trying to charge me just to walk through the door, Dana was willing to come by and give me a free estimate. Other plumbers were telling me that the repair would be fairly large and expensive, Dana fixed the issue at minimal cost and intrusion. Dana and his partner were friendly, neat and incredibly honest. They also took the time to look at a few other things around my newly purchased house and provide advice for maintenance.

I would recommend Prime Plumbing and plan on using them for any future plumbing issues.

Having a rental property in Murrieta and living in San Diego can be a pain when there are plumbing issues. Luckily, we found Dana (on Yelp). We called him with a clogged drain and he was out that same day. He took care of the problem immediately and didn't charge us a fortune to do it, either. He's reasonably priced. While most of the plumbers I contacted tried to sale me on a brand new water heater Dana the owner of Prime Plumbing discussed other possible causes for my leaking water heater. He came out same day checked my water pressure, replaced a faulty water regulator and offered the most affordable price on a replacement water heater. Above the quick service and affordable prices he also provides his customer such as myself with 5 star customer service. My dear father bless his heart thinks his 1950's plumbing experience still holds true today. Dana was very polite and informative while allowing my pops to express his 1950's plumbing knowledge LOL. We had a leak in the kitchen ceiling and called 4 companies to come out and give us a quote. One talked about $30 k + repair, another $5k+ and so on. Dana and his team were the last to come out and after actually assessing the problem and looking for the source of the problem gave a range of $700 - $1500. He completed the job beautifully plus made other minor repairs for $720. He was very professional, honest, and friendly. Overall a very nice guy and the only person who didn't try to rip us off or cheat the insurance company......saved us from a huge headache! Thank God there are still honest and good people around. We highly recommend him!

Best costumer service! They came in were quick and efficient. They explained EVERYTHING to me. Unlike most companies that fix it and then tell you a total. They noticed my high water pressure and tested it for me and explained the issue. They never said oh you need to get this done..they weren't trying to sell me on anything I actually asked them if they could fix it. They were extremely helpful. Im so glad I have found a trustworthy plumber! Oh and VERY affordable.
