Prime Plumbing and specifically the owner Dana are the best plumbing option in the Murrieta-Temecula area. We have used their services several times over the last couple of years and have never been disappointed. The work results are top notch -- everything was done right the first time. Most of all, I can tell you that Dana is HONEST. He will tell you what is needed and fix it. His pricing is more than fair -- in fact, they are very reasonable - and do great work. I cannot recommend a company or person any higher than this one. If you need a plumber, call Prime Plumbing.

I had a slab leak and now if someone asks me if I know a good plumber, I can say absolutely!Dana, Curt and the whole Prime Plumbing crew were professional, prompt, clean, and provided top notch service. They were patient in explaining everything that was going on and discussing options and costs with me through the whole process. As an added bonus, Dana is a skilled handyman and can do both types of work on one job, but I will leave that info in his Murrieta Handyman review.

I called Prime Plumbing to help with a leak in my water heater. Dana came out that morning to check it out and ended up installing a new hot water heater for me by the end of the night. First off. When I called to have him come out and snake my tub so it would drain he offered to walk me through fixing the issue myself. That right there deserved 5 stars in my opinion.
Then a week later when I wasn't satisfied with the job I did and needed a professional to handle it he was available, quick and was less expensive than any other company I called.
While he was out I had him take a look at my other shower that I have had two different people look at and couldn't figure out why it was leaking. He looked at it and was able to explain and show me why! I finally found a plumber I would give repeat business to.

Had an issue with my water heater and called Dana at Prime Plumbing and he fixed everything including removing and replacing my water heater! Everything he did was to code and he really knows what he's doing! Dana has excellent customer service and he and his assistant are conscientious about keeping everything neat and clean. He was very professional, efficient and super to work with! Turns out he's a handy man, too, so now he's installing new tile in my bathroom!

I can't tell you how incredibly impressed I am with Dana, who came out today, after 2 other ""highly rated"" plumbing companies had told me I needed to replace my garbage disposal. Prime Plumbing was my third opinion and last resort. Dana has an uncanny ability to trouble shoot an issue and make a quick effective repair. He simply cleared my blockage and then quickly re-plumbed my pipes to drain more effectively. He had his trusted assistant 'run the water' to check for any joint leaks while he checked out my other smaller issues. Dana even took a moment to test my water pressure, before he left.
Dana arrived on time and he is no less than amazing; having mad plumbing skills! If you are lucky, you may get to meet his little dog ""Chico""~ who faithfully guards his truck while he is working. Prime Plumbing is my new go to plumber! Honest and fair without trying to upsell into buying new~if it can be easily repaired, he will be able to figure it out!

Called Prime Pluming at 10:30pm last night. Dana was at my house by 11. He stayed for a few hours to help diagnose a flooding problem in my laundry room and also help start removing some of the water built up that was leaking to the first floor. He was probably at my house till 1am when the Water Damage Restoration guys showed up to start their work.

Would highly recommend.

Dana and co. are awesome, honest guys who do great work at very reasonable rates. I've used their services on two occasions. Once, while replacing a faucet on my own, I ended up breaking a stuck valve under the sink. After repeated failed attempts at replacing the valve on my own, Dana showed up and made quick work of it and even charged me less than I'm sure he quoted me on the phone. Next, I didn't want to attempt the kitchen faucet upgrade, so I sent a text of what I had and what I was going to replace it with. Dana quickly told me that what I bought was incompatible, so I returned it and got what would fit. When they arrived, they also made seemingly quick work of a complicated job in a confined space, then continued on to repair/replace a broken hot water cartridge in my master bath. These guys are prompt, communicate well, are very honest and respectful of your home. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs. Look no further.

Had a pinhole leak in my spicket out front called Dana at 1100 and he fixed my leak replaced the spicket and installed a water pressure regulator all by 1245pm.... he was honest, efficient and polite, the best part was it was a cost effective job. That didn't put too big 9 a dent in the wallet, next time I need a plumber Dana will be my first call.

Dana is awesome. I had a fairly simple repair needed on my washing machine supply valve. While most plumbers were trying to charge me just to walk through the door, Dana was willing to come by and give me a free estimate. Other plumbers were telling me that the repair would be fairly large and expensive, Dana fixed the issue at minimal cost and intrusion. Dana and his partner were friendly, neat and incredibly honest. They also took the time to look at a few other things around my newly purchased house and provide advice for maintenance.

I would recommend Prime Plumbing and plan on using them for any future plumbing issues.
